Sent my BMW Z4 Combox for repair. Customs were a pain, the Company were great. When MURA finally got the box from customs, it was repaired and promptly returned, The box works PERFECTLY.
The repair cost was very reasonable too.
I am extremely happy.

2 weeks ago I ordered a BM54 from u guys and I got the confirmation of the order by email and that was all...I got nothing just that email. If the site is off or you don't have more BM54 or whatever you can remove de ad.

I recommend for bmw ccc problems!

Mon unité centrale iDrive sur une BMW E90 ne fonctionnait plus, écran noir, plus aucun son, éjection cd hors service, juste les leds des boutons qui s'éclairaient. J'ai donc fait appel à Mura Car dont la réputation est excellente pour réparer ce type de panne. Ils ont rapidement diagnostiqué le problème et réparé mon unité qui fonctionne à nouveau parfaitement. Merci Alex Raicu pour ton aide et ta réactivité. Le prix de la réparation (200€) est franchement raisonnable quand on compare au prix de remplacement de l'unité en concession et sachant que l'achat d'une unité d'occasion nécessite de renseigner le numéro VIN du véhicule dans la mémoire de l'unité pour que tout fonctionne, ce qui n'est pas à la portée de tout le monde. Bref, vous pouvez faire appel à leurs services les yeux fermés !

Professionnels, qualité du travail (réparation d'un amplificateur audio BMW X5 Harman Becker), facture très très raisonnable, respect du délai, à l'écoute du client, réponses par mail sous 2 à 3 heures, garantie réparation incluse 1 an.
Après remontage et essai du véhicule tout semble OK
Si cela perdure, je ne peux que féliciter MURA.

Na het lang zoeken op Google.com heb ik eindelijk een bedrijf gevonden, die mijn versterker van mijn mercedes w221 S550 heeft kunnen maken voor een redelijke prijs. 👍🏽 ik ben zeer tevreden over dit bedrijf en over de communicatie en service ervan, alleen het verzenden er naar toe heeft wel even geduurd, maar gelukkig de reparatie en het terug sturen ervan ging best vrij snel 😃 ik raad dit bedrijf zeker weten aan 👍🏽

Thanks for the long reply, and I understand that you moved to a new apartment. I would have been happy to pay for the diagnosis or even fix, but you did not even look at it.

J'avais le MIB2 complétement hors service sur mon Audi (plus de radio, de carplay, de navigation, plus aucun réglage possible, etc...).
Au départ j'étais hésitant pour le faire réparer chez MURA mais le coût du remplacement chez le concessionnaire était exorbitant ! Finalement j'ai reçu mon MIB2 en retour complétement fonctionnel (Cela à mis environ 3 semaines) mais Alex ou Vlad ont toujours répondu aux mails et aux demandes Whatsapp. Merci à eux.

I dont know what more to say other than THANK YOU!!! Just received my infotainment unit back. Admittedly it was a nervous time, sending an expensive device to a different country (sent from Canada). And then waiting for it to come back. Things get lost in the mail system. But Vlad knew I was nervous about this. His communication, reassurance and the professionalism is second to none. I wont use anyone else to do any type of sensitive repair. I wish I could give a second guarantee to anyone who is nervous as I was, but all I can do is write this review. Vlad and the rest of the Mura team - hats off to you. I am humbled by your service.

I did send my BMW CCC unit for repair to this company from Australia. People in this company are very helpful and prompt. They repair my unit and send it to me through courier nice and tidy. After received my CCC unit. I did install in the car ,my audio system back to the life. I am very happy with their repair. Highly recommended to others,who is any where in the world.

Réparation amplificateur Audi A4B8 mmi3g+, rapide efficace, renvoi rapide, bel emballage. Remplacement préconisé par le concessionnaire 1250€, prix de la réparation 200€ plus les frais de port : belle économie surtout pour un matériel encore fonctionnel. Merci encore.

Sent my bmw CIC drive to them, they fixed it and sent it back with 1 years warranty,its now back in the car and works a treat no reprogramming..In total to send it have a full check over,have the CIC mother board change with return €440. A bargain when in the UK they want your arm in the price...
