AAT On Demand
I was recommended this provider to begin my AAT studies (Level 1 Bookkeeping) and have found the whole process easy to follow from start to finish. As an On Demand user I have had unlimited access to the course videos and support if required. The videos themselves were very clear and easy to follow, especially considering I was learning new information. I liked that the course then followed into a revision phase after completing all the learning, and this gives you plenty of mock exams to try and a walkyhrough of all the answers.
So thank you Alan and the team and I look forward to moving onto Level 2.

The course content/resources are very detailed especially when using the On Demand version.
Tom Dimelow is very clear in all the videos, and breaks down the teaching in a way students of varying knowledge can understand.
Siobhan Cook was so helpful with helping navigate the exam process, answering questions or directing things to the AAT. She was also very approachable and supportive when taking exams at the London campus, which did mean a lot for someone taking this type of qualification for the first time.

Great customer service and responses
I joined the Bookkeeping Level 1 on-demand course last year. I got going really quickly, the learning materials arrived promptly and the online interface was easy to use. Replies to queries I made to my tutor came back within 24 hours which was great.
I was about 60% through the course when I hit a period where I couldn't study, but knowing it was on-demand I didn't stress about it too much. When I returned to study I found the course had disappeared from my online portal. When I queried, I discovered the course had a time limit of 6 months access, apparently referenced in the T&Cs, but it was mentioned nowhere on the screen when I purchased the course so I hadn't realised. I was pretty upset as I felt this was quite devious to not be up front about such restrictions.
The lady I spoke to on the phone was very understanding of my situation and extended my access to the course for an extra couple of months so that I can go ahead and finish.
I actually had 3 different people reach out to solve my issue within a few hours of me sending an email and leaving a voicemail over the query, so in terms of customer service response it was excellent and I am very grateful for the extension. It is that kind of response that means I am really happy to have chosen McArthur Morgan to study with.

I had a very positive experience while studying with McArthur Morgan. My tutors Tom and Vanessa were very knowledgeable, and it was a pleasure listen to them. I am very grateful especially for having this extra time to complete my course as I work full time, have two kids and generally very busy schedule. Remi, the person who does all admin, was always amazing and going extra mile so I can have everything to help me achieve my goals. Finally the invigilators Ms Siobhan and earlier Remi were always very kind. Once I thought I forgot my glasses and Remi asked me not to worry, go home and come back later. I found them downstairs soon after but I did appreciate that Remi was so kind to me always.

Great Course
I am doing level 2 accounting and McArthur Morgan are great i started with OnDemand learning and i wasn't getting anywhere fast, the collgue are accommodating and switched me to live online and well.... in 2-1/2 months i have sat and passed 2 exams at 96% and halfway though my last book i joined 14 months ago and haven't had no where near as much motivation as i have in the last 2-1/2 months. The classes are informative and the tutors are through, no question to silly and you cant ask to many times. I would like to shout out Lisa who has been amazing and i am sure i have drove crazy with our regular calls but i couldn't have done it without you.

It is interesting to read that you were not progressing as well as hoped while studying on the On Demand course option. Our experience tells us that all students enjoy different study pathways and methods. The On Demand option tends to work for those students that prefer to study at their own pace but the majority tend to prefer the interaction involved via the Live Online option.
I am very happy to read that since you have switched to the Live Online option things have improved. Many congratulations on your success at the first two assessments that you have taken. Your percentage pass rates are very impressive. You should be very proud of the effort that you have put in.

I have just started my level 2 Bookkeeping qualification “On Demand” with McArthur Morgan and have been pleasantly surprised about how straightforward and well organised it has been. Having only ever previously studied in a face to face capacity around 17 years ago, I wasn’t sure if the On Demand would give me the depth of learning I would need but it has been an excellent learning experience so far. Lisa has been fantastic at replying promptly to any admin queries (of which I have had very few as it is all quite simple and self explanatory to use) and Tom,the tutor, has created really easy to follow learning material and also responds quickly to any questions regarding the material.
Couldn’t be happier with my experience and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to learn On Demand to fit around busy lives, children, work etc as I am doing.
Just passed my first Level 2 unit with 96% and the clear and well organised learning videos/revision kit questions/practise papers etc have had a lot to do with this. Big thanks to the team.

The world is a very different place for us all since Covid and we have many students that are initially unsure how the On Demand study option will suit their requirements but after joining they understand that there is no need for concern. Face to face tutorials are often beneficial but these are increasingly a thing of the past.
As you have experienced, we provide a very thorough On Demand study package that includes in depth study recordings, associated study materials and of course tutor support.
I am very pleased to read that you achieved an excellent percentage pass rate of 96% in your first assessment. You should be extremely pleased with the effort that you have put in so far.

I recently joined McArthur Morgan for some bookkeeping training and I’ve found the experience excellent from enquiry to booking to the course itself. Alan was really helpful and informative at the enquiry process and the training modules are excellent. I’ve done lots of online training both live and on demand and this is by far the best one I’ve experienced. I will be continuing my education through McArtherMorgan beyond this qualification. Would highly recommend to anyone considering training providers.

Would recommend
I took a part time bookkeeping course with McArthurMorgan over the past 11 months and have recently qualified. I found them to be informative, knowledgeable, organised and well-equipped to assist with both online and in-person learning. Tutor Tom in particular was brilliant - his approach was great for delivering the necessary skills and knowledge to pass assessments, but also shone light on real-world contexts and scenarios.

Just started with McArthur Morgan last year, started Credit & Debt Management. Vanessa my tutor was very knowledgeable and made it very easy to understand. I passed my Credit & Debt Management exam and I am now studying for my next course.

The tutors and the structure are good
The tutors and the structure are good, no complaints. However, they never address your concerns if something isn’t right, and they may need to issue a refund. The only thing I need is a response from them. I’ve sent a couple of emails, and one of the staff members already forwarded them, but I’m still waiting for a reply almost 3weeks. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced, and I would not recommend wasting money here.

McArthur Morgan has been fantastic throughout my Level 2 exams. Tom is very engaging throughout lectures and explaining the exam questions through real-world scenarios is very useful. Remi and Student support are also very quick to get back to you with suggestions and guidance.

Best choicee I made during my AAT studies
I started studying with McArthur Morgan my final AAT level 4, after completing level 2 and 3 at a different college. The difference between the two colleges was stark, McArthur Morgan offers outstanding service to the students, and are quick to respond to any concerns and always eager to help.

Cannot speak highly enough of McArthur Morgan
I have had bad experiences with online learning previously (with different courses), but I really wanted to explore options for AAT as I think I could thrive in accountancy.
I had looked online for recommendations and see which training providers had the most negative and positive stories from students. McArthur Morgan has an incredible reputation, and there is no shortage of kind words about this training provider on other forums, such as reddit. One particular piece of feedback that was repeated is the value for money.
Even with all the positivity I had seen, I was still apprehensive. I did speak to an agent from AAT before deciding on anything, but they aren't able to give recommendations, which I understand.
However, I did call McArthur Morgan and spoke to Alex, who was lovely and gave me a lot of detail and sent me detailed emails regarding the L2 Bookkeeping and the L2 Accounting (I hadn't yet decided which one to choose), including the run-down costs, clarified what is and is not included, with the option of hardcopy materials.
From my previous experience, I was still rather nervous about committing, but I then rang up McArthur Morgan on a Friday evening, and spoke to Alan, and I had a wonderful discussion with him. I bit the bullet and enrolled. I decided to do the On Demand rather than live classes because, even with the option of a flexible timetable, I am unsure if I could attend all the classes.
I was told that I should receive the information and my login for the portal by Tuesday from the On Demand team. The next day, on Saturday at 10.22AM, I received the link as my portal was set up. Incredible turn around time, I was expecting it to be Monday or Tuesday which would have been absolutely fine, but I was ecstatic and started the course that weekend.
I must say that the portal is so straight forward, it is easy to use, and it is aesthetic.
With the On Demand courses, all the videos are fantastic, Tom is very clear and explains everything so well. I have never had any difficulty with loading videos or anything like that, it is all seamless. There is even an option to speed up or slow the videos down, which I very much appreciate as someone who always watches videos on a higher speed.
Whenever I have contacted either the On Demand support team or Tom himself, they have gotten back quickly with everything I needed at the time. The lack of support is one thing I was concerned about as even though the salesperson promises it all, I have not had it, but that is NOT the case at all with McArthur Morgan. They are responsive and actually seem to care about their students' progress.
I am incredibly pleased with my decision to enrol on the L2 Accounting course with McArthur Morgan. Within three weeks, with Tom's videos and the resources provided online (I did not opt for hardcopies), I have already achieved a 90% result on the first exam. Even with the On Demand option, it is very engaging, which is what I personally need in order to learn, and I am already receiving the results.
TLDR:
If you are looking at the reviews of different training providers, don't look further; McArthur Morgan are a dedicated AAT training provider who care and have incredible resources especially for the price.

I did Level 3 and level 4 with McArthur Morgan. Vanessa is just a great teacher, always there at the other end of an email to answer whatever daft question my brain comes up with at 3am.
