commande mal remplie achat comme baton de hockey charger mais pas dans le sac aussi manque un item dans le sac ou dans la boite de joyeux festin cela arrive regulierement ( succursale du blvd cousineau ) a ville de St-hubert et cela arrive regulierement dommage car il y a un berger king pas loin et je pense aller faire un tour.DE LA PART D'UN CLIENT TRES ASSIDU QUI N"EST PAS SATISFAIT MERCI.

I had a Big Mac today,
I didnt have one since 2 years pretty much , and before that , i beleive it was a other 2 years .
Pretty dry , super light weight , gone in a second, and the berger WORT to much , like that not enough they ask 25 cents for a BAG . Or you can put it in your pocket , i am on crotches for years ....
I did ask the nice women how much she money a hour , doing illusions to the cost of the bag , she kind of laugh .
We did anderstand each other .
So , i think i am done with Mc Do .
Berger King whoppers tast much , good weight, more healthy stuff , very much same price , for a tasty lunch ...
I eat in fast food one or twice a month , this is real experience.

I go to McDonald’s at 12:00pm and there drive is closed but the app still allows me to order so I go in to pick up my order and they say I have to get reimbursed and wait for me refund terrible service

They use fake meat and i like the CEO that hates his own product))) whoever eats mcdonalds is not my friend! And no I am not Greenpeace but rather if you support eating fake meat, and even Human then you're an IDIOT! Can you imagine yourself being part of burger after you die! SICK People! and yes 20 years ago mcdonalds was good, reputable company. Now you see yourself! want to be healthy, you know lol! Last time I ate mcdonaldsI felt like I was eating chemicals.

I went to drive thru and ordered 1 egg a la carte 1 piece of sausage a la carte and a hash brown done it lots of times before I do not eat bread and the girl taking orders gave a hard time for the last time told me i couldn't order i had to pay for the muffin and throw it away and was rude i said no thank you i can order it separate still being rude. When same girl works I get different prices and rude costumer service. I would not recommend going there when she works I am now afraid of what she will do to my food. I called manager said yes you can get a la carte come back no thanks I do not want that girl near my food!

Mc donalds my food had hair in it and there was lettuce covered in my fries and in my junior chicken everything was spilling and the cokeyou guys just put lots of ice in there the a little bit of coke so 1 star

Terrible service at store 14146. At the 1st window the girl added a combo that I did not order. At the last window they did not give NHL stick. When I asked for it, they began to argue. When I left, I found out that they did not put add-on mcnuggets. When I came to the store, they began to argue, then gave them to me, and no one apologized. When I came home, I found a single fish fillet instead of double in the box. Store 14146 is a shame.

Me and my family will never go to another Mcdonalds because of lack of customer service for case #01271824!

The grilled chicken sandwich i ordered was so salty and was like eating rubber. Absolutely the worst I've ever had, threw it away

We recently stopped at McDonald's and ordered four Big Macs.

My wife’s and mine were prepared correctly according to what we ordered. However, my daughter realized—after eating most of her burger—that it was missing the three pieces of bacon she had added (at $1.50 per piece).

When she went to the counter to let them know about the mistake, they simply gave her the three missing pieces of bacon.

We understand that mistakes can happen, but we were disappointed overall. When customers pay extra for add-ons, it’s important that the order is prepared accurately the first time.

We hope they’ll take a little extra care with special requests in the future.

Ordered a no meat Big Mac at the Strathroy Ontario McDonalds. I naturally assumed, as many others have, that a no meat burger was a veggie patty in place of the meat patty, that I usually order at other restaurants. Instead, it was just 3 bun pieces, a bit of lettuce and very few small slices of pickles with a bit of sauce, all for $5.49 + tax. What a waste of money. I won't make that mistake again. They should clarify that there is no patty at all, just bread and lettuce, etc.

Bonjour McDonald ont diminué les quantités de grammes de bœufs dans presque tous les hamburgers ! Depuis 12 mois c’est 2 diminutions que je peux concevoir et je vais apporter avec moi une mini balance à gramme pour etre certain et outre dans leurs fontaines à liqueurs ils rajoutent beaucoup plus d’eaux que par le passé ! Je ne sais pas si c’est une politique seulement d’un détaillant ou la politique de Mcdonsld Canada .

My complaint is regarding the McDonald's menu on the SKIP-THE-DISHES app. My complaint is: I ordered a BigMac Xtra Value Meal, paid almost $25-gd-dollars for it b/c we're being ripped off in Canada!..And, received 2-pieces of bread soaked in BigMac sauce with lettuce and NO MEAT!

The fries were cold, and the only part of the meal that was even helf-decent was the baked apple pie and the lrg coke!

My suggestion regarding the McD's menu on SKIP's app.. is:
Switch the location of your "NON-MEAT" BigMac (that shouldn't even be called a BigMac.. b/c it is NOT, IN FACT, a BigMac.. it's not even what I would consider a "Veggie Burger".. It's disgustiing, is what it is..

Regardless, of the fact that my order was wrong b/c of something I don't feel was my fault.. Should I have looked a little closer, possibly, but #1 I wasn't expecting a non-meat item to be categorized with the MEAT-ITEMS in the first place, and #2. Why should have I had to look at it and study the menu items, when this item is CLEARLY in the wrong spot on Skip's menu, and they should be responsible for the misunderstanding, and come good for it!! BUT, b/c of the fact that I didn't think to take a picture of the "non-meat" burger b4 tossing it in the garbage, they wouldn't refund me. I wasn't asking for a complete refund..

I was asking for a refund for the non-meat burger b/c the misunderstanding is not my fault.. it's SKIP'S. And, with the money this business makes hand-over-fist from doing deliveries across this country on an daily basis, one would tend to think that customer satisfaction would take presidence over an $8.00 burger that isn't even worth $8.00.

BUT, if it's going to remain an item on the McD's menu b/c obviously some people like it or they wouldn't have it on their menu.. at least move this item to the SALAD SECTION, so that people who want to order a HAMBURGER at a HAMBURGER food joint.. actually gets the MEAT in between the soggy bread pieces, and not the crap I ended up with by accident.

I wanted a grilled cheese so I uber eats two since I’m at college and have no car. When they came they were very cold so I grew suspicious, I then had went to open the packages to reveal two untoasted cold pieces of bread were smushed together with cheese. It is called a GRILLED cheese for a reason you know you do have to toast it. I was very disappointed of just getting cold untoasted bread and I’ve never had such a bad grilled cheese in my life.

I purchased a filet o fish sandwich and the fish was over cooked. The fish was dried and there was no nutrient/substance left in the product. I threw away the sandwich. Not sure if the cooking process was changed, but they need to revisit it.

I got a hot chocolate and it was an absolute disappointment, the hot chocolate was not even chocolaty it tasted like watered down chocolate. I am so disappointed, I don’t even think they stirred it! Because when I dumped it out there was hot chocolate mix at the bottom! Huge fail…

Sick of being asked are you collecting point, only to say yes then to have them start asking what I want. Why are they asking the question? What’s the point if it’s just cause they have to. Not sure how you take the worst customer service on the planet and make it even worse but that’s mcdics specialty…. Not to mention I say give me a minute I’m looking at the menu only to be asked 10 seconds later what do you want at a decibel level I wouldn’t even talk to my kids at. Then I get mad and they say I said please like saying please then give you the right to be ignorant and rude. I left the drive thru - the only drive thru or store open in town after a 16 hr shift now I don’t get to eat cause I’m not rewarding shitty customer service and someone who is ignorantly rude.

This is the first time ordering the spicy veggie burger.
I haven’t eaten food at McDonalds in years as iam a vegetarian but do enjoy the coffee.
Excited to finally have a product to eat, I found it a very poor attempt to a product they obviously to not want to succeed.
A bun, patty and lettuce with a squirt of sauce? Why not add onions, pickles anything to make it look, feel and taste like a product you are proud of. This is not it and you all won’t be surprised when it fails. Atleast now you can say”we tried”.
Just my opinion, but once again will not be having the food. Coffee only I guess.

There deals have drastically declined in the past 6 months. Will support another company.
