I'm trying to purchase WV Appraisal Continuing Ed package for $265 and change the courses. My wife was able to swap out for difference courses.

If a class is going to be watch a video that goes so slow you should state that is the class. So far 2.5 hours of listening to a computer voice talk to me and not even 1/2 way through the class. The appraiser's guide to the new URAR is a terrible class. I wish I would have never clicked this course. This class does not hold the same caliber or style as your other classes that I have taken. Terrible music as well. I would have taken an actual in person class if I wanted to just sit and listen. The slides are not able to be clicked to make them a full screen size. Awful course. Not Happy. Just in case you did not get my opinion as of yet, I warned you.

Interest topic, good instructor

I appreciate the courses being informative and well planned. The choice of streaming classes and the online classes are convenient and stress free for completing required CE.

I thought the courses were laid out well. Taught well. Access to speak with instructor was all right, as most instructors are working they got back to you in a timely manner.

Informative course, excellent presentation. USPAP 7 hour update. One need for improvement regards the downloading of course material. The main 2 book PDF is 440 pages. I like to print out hard copies (old school) which was $200. One of the McKissock customer service staff indicated that the main PDF was just for inclass reference, so I initially did not get the hard copy printed. But from another class, I was exposed the the search/find button and feared that that function is virtually the only way to do the exercises/case studies. So I printed out the the hard copy at UPS (my printer on the fritz). Only to learn in class that I most likely had an old copy of Adobe that did not have a working search/find button.

Probably a good idea to let future students test to see if their version of PDF can do the search/find application.

Great layout of courses.

Started and ended on time, instructor, Mel Black most excellent. Very detailed material presented in easy to understand format.

Kevin is an excellent and professional instructor, providing quality information at a reasonable pace throughout the webinar.

I purchased a package for my qualifying education. Apparently some of the courses in the package expire before others. Meaning that 1 could will lock you out and you will have to repay for it before you can access the other courses. This is 100% a scam to make people have to repurchase courses and as soon as I complete them i will not use or recommend McKissock again.

When I click on the take survey button a blank page comes up...I believe that it is necessary to complete the survey before getting the course credit. My completion appears to be 99% but I am unable to move forward. Not good!

You did not upload it to the Georgia Commission Site. My Appraisal License will expire on the 31st.

Instructor Alex Gilbert provided feedback on each section and answered questions pertaining to the sections. Alex Gilbert noted where to locate information pertaining to a section of the new "Dynamic."

I'm not a big fan of the fact that its basically just reading an online textbook and there isn't a lot of interactive material . It would make the criteria easier to absorb if there were a few videos every now and then or a few activities to make it less dull . I feel as if I'm supposed to just read an entire textbook front to back and then go take a proctored exam and hope that I was actually studying the right components . I'm not sure if there are other companies for this course would have been more colorful, but I was hoping for more than just a textbook learning experience .

The course provided a clear and understandable introduction to residential solar systems.

Always informative, never wastes my time...

Changes to FHA requirements should have been covered first in the 4 hour course. Explanation of changes were hurriedly covered in the last 30 minutes. This was not enough time to clearly cover changes.

I just completed the course "The Appraiser's Guide to the New URAR today 08/06/2025 with Kevin Hecht as the instructor. This course was very informative and Kevin was excellent in his instructions. I would highly recommend this course and Instructor.
