Felt they were going to do right by us and delivered what we need not what they could sell. Install team were great, went out of their way to make sure everything was right and the way we wanted it. So glad we went with these guys.

Delighted with the service MCNL provided. We went with panels, batteries and a EV charger all of which were installed with minimal disruptions by a courteous and polite team. A special mention to the Sparkie Jack who patiently talked us through the system on completion of the installation ensuring we understood what was what and that we were up and running with the app.
Prior to this however they carried out an extensive survey detailing exactly where components will go and explained in detail their bespoke proposals. Communication has been good throughout the process with queries quickly answered, often via a WhatsApp group set up with the key players and ourselves which is a great idea.
Were they the cheapest, no. Nor were they the most expensive quote but given there quick response, clear lines of communication and detail coupled with their enthusiasm to get it right first time for us is was an easy choice choosing who was going to supply and install our system. Would I recommend them to friends and family, absolutely and without hesitation…..

We recently had a solar panel, battery storage system and EV charger installed by MCNL Energy Solutions, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish.

Aiden came out to provide the quote, arrived on time, was extremely professional and took the time to explain everything clearly. We had two other quotes as well, but MCNL offered a better product for around the same price, so it was an easy decision in the end.

When it came to the installation, the team turned up on time on both days, worked professionally and did a fantastic job with the install. Once everything was up and running, they took the time to explain how the whole system worked and made sure we were comfortable using it.

The aftercare has been just as impressive. We received a follow up call the following week to make sure everything was working properly and that we were happy with the installation.

A special mention has to go to Linda, who was absolutely amazing in dealing with our G99 application. We had some issues with SPEN, which were outside MCNL’s control, but Linda went above and beyond to keep us updated, chase things up and make sure everything was eventually completed. Her communication and commitment were brilliant.

From the initial quote, through the installation and all the way through to the aftercare, MCNL Energy Solutions have been top class.

I honestly couldn’t fault MCNL. From quote to starting installation was approximately 10 days. All staff who were on site were extremely considerate friendly and efficient.

Had been thinking of solar for a few Months, and got various quotes from around 6 Companies, MCNL although slightly more expensive, ( best value is a lot more than price ) they provided the most comprehensive overall package, supplying 530w Longi LR7 60HVD 530M new generation panels, with 30yr warranty, Ecoflow Ocean 2 modular 5KWh batteries and 6kWh Invertor all very high end products, with 15 Yr warranty. From the initial survey with Aiden, I made up my mind to use MNCL due to his knowledge, no hard pressure sales, and reviews of his companies previous installs. It was a decision Iam glad I made, from the Scaffolding team, the roofers and the Installation team, the process was seamless, all of the team members were, polite, highly skilled and took the highest pride in their workmanship, providing me with a comprehensive overview of the system and App on completion, not forgetting the backroom staff, Chris and Linda, who coordinated the project and are always at the end of the phone or Email, with help and guidance for any issues. To any person looking for a solar Installation, you will be hard found to find a better company than MNCL for your requirements. 5* and as a bonus my system is now providing 100% of my electrical requirements and the surplus being exported to the grid

We chose MCNL because they’re a relatively young, growing, and local(ish) company. They have genuine passion, take real pride in their work, and care deeply about quality.

There are, of course, bigger and perhaps more experienced companies. But don’t underestimate the advantage of working with a team whose people can, and do, fulfil multiple roles within the business. They understand every stage of the process and genuinely care about the outcome.

The installation was painless, and completed in a day. Naturally, there are challenges when dealing with DNOs and energy suppliers. They’re simply not as agile or as personally invested in delivering a great customer experience.

We chose the more personal approach over something that might have felt more corporate and, perhaps more established (certainly more expensive). Looking back, I’m glad we did.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Aiden and Linda run a very slick operation, they use high quality Ecoflow equipment which has a long warranty. The install process was very fast and efficient. Price was also very good, I was suprised how low it was especially considering they are installing the Ecoflow product.

I recently had solar panels installed by MCNL Energy Solution Ltd, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. From the initial scaffolding installation through to the panel fitting and electrical work, everything was carried out smoothly and professionally.

The coordination of the work was particularly impressive—the scaffolding was installed promptly, the solar panels were fitted efficiently, and the electricians completed their work to a high standard. The scaffolding was then removed the very next day once the job was finished, which kept disruption to a minimum.

Overall, the process was seamless, well-organised, and completed to a high quality. I would highly recommend MCNL Energy Solution Ltd to anyone considering solar panel installation.
