Paid £4.99 for next day delivery for a…
Paid £4.99 for next day delivery for a reason. Needed the cloths to be delivered as described as needed them for one of our new commercial contracts and this has not been fulfilled. Wrote an email requesting refund of delivery charges and heard nothing back! Lack of communication from this company is not acceptable. This is not a cheap item. Very unprofessional from this business. We had to go and spend money on alternative cloths! Another thing is, you can’t select specific neighbour for the parcel to be left with which is ridiculous as the parcel cannot be left in a safe place - another ridiculous thing, considering we are at work at all and can’t be here waiting for the parcel!!! Not happy at all, very poor service and no communication from them!!!

Professional car valeters review
The product descriptions do not do these items justice... The description makes it seem as if they are a normal cloth or drying towel etc, with slightly better quality due to price, but let me tell you something.. When they arrived i was absolutely gobsmacked at how AMAZING they are... I cant believe i have never used this company in the past, yes its more expensive than most others out there, but hands down... The wash miths, the glass cloths, the microfibers, everything i ordered is at least 4x better than the stuff i normally use, and for only maybe 20% extra on the price... Dont know what else to write, but value for money and in comparison to others, these put them all to shame and ive used almost every other major company.... Autosmatt, infinity wax, maguires, autoglym, stirling, trafalgur... As many as you can imagine ive used them... By far MCROFBRE is the best yet.

What a great company
What a great company! We found them on Instagram and thoughtwe would try out their microfibre cloths as the pnes we previously bought were becoming difficult to source. The Mcrofbre ones are simply the best we have found, no annoying label to have to remove and they stay looking great wash after wash. We use them new for ceramic coating applications and then they are for general use, ie cleaning tyres. We would certainly look to resell some products such as the wash mitts and towels as our cutomers are always looking for great products.
