They didn’t order my food till an hour after I paid for it.

I mistakenly Zelle them twice, my money was never refunded and my order never came, the customer service is slow, they are talking about crediting me in mealslash but keep in mind I place an order that never arrived, no update, not nothing, I plan on filling a dispute on the charge

The service is legit, I use it all the time, but beware: when you pay, you are taking the risk ordering there. There is no support no matter if your order fails, gets stolen, etc., they will not refund you. I lost over $30, and support has yet to refund me from glitched out orders / my food being stolen.

Half of the time I do get my food, and I recommend you tip on the site because the drivers will just steal the food. Don’t order far away or at midnight order at a reasonable time, and be careful what payment method you use because sometimes it breaks. It’s a really good service, though, since you can get $30 worth of food for $15 just beware of the risks.

Always comes through with the orders - my go to food service. Received every order and the service is super fast. Hard to go back to ordering normally now. A lil slow with responses sometimes but good service overall

The way it works is you first add items to your DoorDash cart so the subtotal is within a certain range (usually around $25-$30 excluding any deals/discounts), then you create a group link for that cart, you paste the group link into the website, enter delivery/contact info, and the total you pay through the site ends up being half the amount you would’ve paid if you used DoorDash normally, plus an additional tip to the driver. You have to directly send the money to them and their systems automatically process your transaction instead of a standard payment processor being set up. It might seem sketchy, but it does work most of the time and in the case the payment doesn’t get processed by their systems, you will be refunded when you contact support. Certain payment methods become unavailable a lot of the time, but payment through crypto is almost always available. An issue is you don’t know which payments are available unless you take an order to checkout. After your order is processed, an agent will place your order on DoorDash, and you will be sent the link to the delivery. However, when there are a lot of orders before you, it can take a while between your order being processed and your order finally being placed on DoorDash. It’s supposed to be open from 11AM ET to 11PM ET everyday, but on a lot of days it opens much later and/or closes early, and it doesn’t open at all on some days.
