Wow, just Wow!! Kristin was AMAZING. I have spent the past 6 months looking for better insurance than USAA as USAA has went downhill fast in claims, service, and horrible price hikes. I live in Ahwatukee near South Mountain and most companies rate us moderate to high fire risk because of this. Even though we are actually nowhere near the mountain and smack dab in the middle of a subdivision. Kristin did her forensic research she is famous for and was able to actually get underwriting to use her input and photos to let them know we are NOT high risk for fire, we have a brand new fire station one mile from our home, that we have tile and stucco and she got us a mind-blowing discount on a great policy from Travelers. She also was able to save us a ton on our car insurance. All together she saved us almost $3,000 a year over our USAA prices. I had been with USAA 39 years straight. She really listened to my needs and she gave me policies on both auto and home that are even better than USAA getting me out of some loopholes that were in their contracts. Kristin really knows her stuff. I tried quite a few other independent agents and also the State Farm and other captive agents route but nobody wanted us because of the AI computer generated fire risk zone. Or they were coming in even higher than USAA. Kristin wanted nothing to do with these carriers using AI fire ratings and she went to bat for me direct with Travelers using good ole' human common sense and persuasion. AND, she did all this in less than 24 hours and got me approved over the phone and apps signed via email. Fast and Easy and a HUGE SAVINGS in cost. Did I say, Wow!? Please give Kristin a call. Nothing could ever make me like insurance, or want to pay for it, or think it was worth the money, NOTHING. Then I got a flyer from Me & You Insurance. It had my name and address and basically like an homeowner's estimate on it. I called and spoke to the owner Kristin and she was phenomenal! She audited my current insurance, explained their errors, inaccurate descriptions, under-covered items, I mean everything. And then she did what I don't even understand how it's possible, she gave me better coverage and dropped my annual premium over half. It makes no sense, she gave me more insurance and charged me way less money. WAY LESS. I don't dislike insurance anymore, and I'll never trust anyone but these guys.
