I ordered a Zaopin Z1 Pro and received it in about a week. I am very happy with the product and the experience I’ve had with it. Customer support is also helpful and responds in a timely manner during active hours. I recommend Mechkeys if you’re looking for good peripherals at a good price.

Very good website for all of your peripheral needs. Mice, KB, Mouse Pad ETC.

Customer service will try to resolve your inquiry in any way they can. RMA, replacements and after sale support are non-issues. Support Reps are helpful, concise and genuinely friendly.

I had a great first time buyer experience. I had bought the RK Royal Kludge S98 on Amazon which I ended up returning because I didn't like the knob and overall feel of it. Then I found the Jamesdonkey RS2 3.0 on Mechkeys and at first I hesitated because the long shipping time from China. The mkb ended up coming in only 9 days from the time I purchased it.

The board came in perfect condition and it worked beautifully. It even looks better and overall felt higher quality than the RK S98.

I am a very happy first timer customer and would purchase from them again.

The keyboard (JamesDonkey R2Pro) I received is swamped with issues. I emailed them within an hour of receiving the item, describing the faults and video evidence.

It has been over a week, tried contacting them via chat, email etc. and I have still not heard back from them. I know the Chinese New year break is happening, but on their website they say Customer Service are still there to help...

After paying $200 for a keyboard that doesn't work... I'm not happy at all.

Ordered a Zaopin Z1 Pro from here (first time purchase from mechkeys) great communciation with the support team and shipping was fast to europe also considering the holiday season during december. tracking number and information mail were also sent to me.
Product arrived well packaged and I am very happy with my purchase

Ordered the Hecate G3M Pro mouse, nowhere to be found elsewhere. Was a bit skeptical at first, but everything went fine. Mouse was new, sealed. Delivery took about 2 weeks, not bad!

Ordered Zaopin Z1 PRO 3395 Mouse. Received 10 days later in London. Both a confirmation and a tracking email was given. Delivery cost was £8 ($10 USD).

Made a purchase via Mechkeys.

Recently I was interested in the Zaopin Z1 Pro mouse since it was similar to the shape of the orochi v2 which was my previous mouse.

Ordered it during july 2023-07-21 and received it during 2023-08-21.
Easy with the payment and easy with the shipping.
Also regarding the customer service it was pretty much straight forward, they reply and help out when they can since I had a few questions about the device itself.
So far so good with the mouse and the only little nitpick I have is the software which gets updates but still has some bugs :-)

Really good costumer service. They answered all my answers and were amazing to talk to!

Bad communication, delivery Dates changed without notice

Great products and an extraordinary costumer service! I placed a preorder for a product on 15th May , it took 30 to 40 days to get it shipped to me as informed when i placed my order and the delivery to Romania took only 9 days. No QC issues, everything went smooth and also , because of the long waiting time, they upgraded my initial product to a better one without any aditional charges ! :)
In conclusion, instead of placing an order on aliexpress, i would place it on mechkeys even tho it might be a small price difference.

Incredible team + support! Was having issues finding a driver for a custom numpad. They responded very quickly and sent me the drivers. Couldn't recommend any more & will definantley be buying from them in the future 5*
