HORRIBLE experience
HORRIBLE experience, use any other provider instead of this one. I was looking to start my GLP1 journey for weight loss. First of all you pay in full before you're even approved for the medication you're applying for. They took over $550 2 weeks ago. I got an email (no phone call as courtesy, just an email) saying the process is on hold , and it will resume after I upload photos. I had uploaded these photos when I started the process 2 weeks ago. I've sent e-mails, called 7 times in a row and nobody answers the phone. You get an automated e-mail response when you send it. I really want my money back, I am so upset with this experience as it has tainted my views and I still have not gotten a call back. These people need to get it together, its absolutely ridiculous.

My dislike is I was told Purolator was to deliver my first pen today and it did not show up. I was really looking forward to getting started not to mention I have already paid upfront. Is there anything that can be done?

Delivered by Purolator which is so much better then by mail because our mail lady doesn’t knock on the door so I always have to go to post office the next day to get it .

Very Efficient Service
I was approved for treatment very quickly. I received a lot of very useful information by email and on your website. I was impressed by how well the product was packaged, that there were four ice packs in the box to keep the product cold and that the delivery driver needed a signature before leaving the package. The product arrived warm. I’m concerned whether this will damage the product. All four ice packs melted and the product was warm to the touch.

Absolute garbage service
Absolute garbage service. If you call you are on hold for an hour. They take your payment then hold your meds for review and ask for documentation you dont have. Where it says "message us" only articles come up and you cant actually message. The meds might work but getting them is impossible.
