Your bank, card, payroll and billing feeds map into a general ledger, AI categorizes and posts transactions every business day, and an accountant who knows your business reviews the exceptions. When you need a number, you get it the same day you ask. Clean books are the foundation, not the finished product. We build the reporting and analysis that answer what owners actually ask: which clients, products and people are profitable against what they cost, how much can go out this month before margin drops, where the money went, and how much runway is really left. We work in QuickBooks Online or Xero, or on the platform we built. Migration is free and the price is the same either way. Our books we're a little chaotic after some team moves so we had a lot to compile. The Median team rebuilt what we needed, reconciled the accounts against the statements, and handled the return. What I wanted was someone lean who'd be effective and efficient about it instead of a big firm, and that's what this is. They get on a call, go through the questions line by line, and just handle it. If you're an early stage founder and your books have gotten away from you, talk to Median!

We’ve had a great experience with this platform. The setup was quick and easy, just had to connect our accounts once, and that was pretty much it.
Being able to see our numbers live on the dashboard is really nice, instead of waiting for reports, and it makes it easier to understand what’s happening in the business in real time.
I also appreciate that the team works directly with us and is direct/specific when I need to do something, also when responding to our questions.

Median is a high-quality product with very broad, deep functionality. I find myself signing in almost every day to stay on top of my company's KPIs and financials using their dashboard. They intuitively highlight the metrics I care most about, so their dashboard has become a great source of truth that I can quickly and regularly check to know how my business is doing. Closes are quick, accurate, and I have had limited bugs and general software issues with the product. Getting started with the product was smooth, the team was helpful to get me set up, and I found the overall experience seamless. I would highly recommend this product to business owners and operators.
