I have left this running for about a week now and I have been lucky enough to get into the bronze, silver, gold rewards. I haven’t won anything yet but seems like a great app to make some extra £10 here and there. Will update at 12PM uk that’s when the next draw is

I've been with media rewards for awhile and I've gotten $10 from a survey I leave the app running but sometimes it will say your not earning points and it tell me to turn on to earn points when I didn't never turn it off..I've never won any drawings they have ..I got the email about the 4 winners of the $500 I didn't care to even look at it because I knew I wasn't one .If winners are pick randomly and it's by how many points you have then that's not being far or to anyone... Shouldn't go by who has the highest points that gets in the drawings and if you have to many people to put all in one drawing maybe try to divide the names like if you have 500 people put 250 in this drawing and 250 in the other and spin it or whatever you do mix the names up and pick 20 names out of both if thats too much for $50 each winner then least pick 15 out of both and have 30 winners I'm just saying if you continue to go by the points that earned and sometimes the app stop earning the points on its own then the ones that probably should have had high points but they don't cause app stopped.i just think everyone should have a fair shot at being in the drawings and winning..I've been with media rewards for a year or maybe little longer and I should be jacked up on points but somehow I'm not . please don't take this wrong as media rewards isn't worth downloading because it is I enjoy this app it's just seems I've never won ..if anyone know why and how the app stops earning for whatever reason please let me know so I can change it if it's on my end why it stops..sorry for long review but I've been told speak what's on your mind good or bad as long as you speak politely.

After a few weeks I stopped earning points for surveys, I wrote to them at least a dozen times with no reply. Bush league company with zero standards

Great company the easiest way to earn rewards doing by what we love .

I just started with the app about 3 days ago. Then, the app started to crash. I reinstalled it several times, the permissions were provided. Support replied to myu email and advised a fix with an updated version was going to be available in the next few hours. Nothing yet.

I’ve been trying to use the app worked great for 3 days then started turning its self off wouldn’t even open the app so I can’t even contact support. The only message I got that my microphone wasn’t detecting but keep in mind it worked for 3 days and in my settings it says it’s turned on and the app has permission so I don’t know ima just delete it if you have any advice on what surveys that actually pay out I don’t mind if it’s Amazon gift cards as long as it works. Thanks

Habe im Dezember bei erfolgreich bei einer Umfrage teilgenommen, danach wurde mir versprochen bis zum 11. Dezember eine Geschenkkarte in Höhe von 5€ zu bekommen. Ich warte immer noch auf diese 5€. Ich glaube Media Rewards geht es nur darum Daten zu sammeln, sonst nichts. Ich bin am Überlegen die App zu löschen. Habe eine Email an Support gesendet hat sich aber bis jetzt niemand gemeldet. Daher gehe ich davon aus, dass dieser Anbieter nicht zahlt.

Completed 3 surveys, and have only received 1 gift card - one is overdue since yesterday and the other is overdue now by 16 days and the only response customer service will give is 'you will receive you gift card soon'.

I know it's all random but I have never won anything but servery for $10 and that a good prize. Other then that I don't mind

Not a legit company. Scam. I was using the app for approximately a month and took part in 4 surveys. I completed them, received confirmation emails but never received the 4 gift cards I was owed. Customer services simply told me to "be patient, it will arrive soon" and then proceeded to ignore all of my follow up emails when I, yet again, didn't receive my gift cards.

Scam app. Avoid. They do not pay out for the information they get from you.

Have been with MR for a couple of years now. A year ago my app kept turning itself off, I will only find out when I unlock my phone and saw a banner told me to turn it on. Contacted Support team which wasn’t very helpful so I give up but keep the app as every month you get a paid survey for $10. This year I decided to contact Support again (thought they might have different people) they advised that I update the app which I did, and got new phone too but it still turned itself off. In this case I have less or zero chance to win anything and as usual I gave up as they also stopped responding to my messages requesting help. The November’ survey arrived, this time I couldn’t enter as it kept saying I have already entered but yet it’s available on my app. Contacted support again with all screenshots, I was so hopeful that they will get it fixed but no, No and NO, so I contacted them again and again, only 3 times in 3 weeks, one each week. Guess what? I am being ignored and I decided to share my experience and stop participating entirely. Support team are there to read this review and copy paste the same message, yes I have read them before writing this, same old story- please contact support if you have any issues - I did not get any help or support, nor they fixed the problem. For those who have no issues, lucky you and you would wish it stayed that way. I doubt that they are any competent.

I only had one issue receiving my first $10 reward for completing my first survey, which has been rectified. Otherwise, I've had a great experience with this app with several survey offers that always guarantee and come through with my reward for completing the surveys offered.

I've always received the gift card I was supposed to get and I haven't had any issues with the app, and customer service is very good!!

I have been with Media Rewards for three (3) I have only received gift cards never have I won any cash prizes sitting with this app is a waste of time did a survey for $50.00 didn't win that neither I will be closing my app

Uw after all this time I have only gone and won 1 of the 10 × £50 in the monthly prize draw I've been utilising MediaRewards for aaagggeeess and eventually I was 1 of the lucky winners can't believe it me I won £50 am speechless I've not received it yet tho but I will keep you posted on the time frame on winnings being received

It's easy and the app has already paid dividends.
