Hello I took two different surveys and only received one of my gift cards for survey 386041c4. The other survey I took f493aeac this is the survey I did not receive the gift card for. Please help me 🙏 I love this app this is the first time I've ever had a problem. Please fix so I can continue to use and brag about your app. Thank you for your time and help.

So far I've had no issues with the app except for a missed gift card from completing a survey. Once customer support was notified they quickly looked into it and sent me a new link right away to be redeemed on the Tango site. This app is by far the easiest one to use and earn $10 gift certificates of your choice for completing surveys that you've qualified for. All you need to do is download the app, grant it permissions to run in the background, and if you're lucky and picked to complete a survey which are typically around 7 minutes each. You will then recieve a email of your completion with the unique survey code and in about 7 days you'll recieve another email stating that you're reward has arrived which you'll then need to copy your individual unique code, then click on the redemption page where you can redeem your gift card to 1,000 of stores or digital gift cards. Also, the more points you earn gives you a chance to be entered into the $50 prize draw which selects 10 people to win $50 gift cards and 1 lucky winner wins $100. I've had this app for well over a year and I've never once have one a bonus prize draw nor has anyone from my region, so there's that. So if you want or need a quick way to earn a few extra bucks a month, then this is the app for you! Now to reach out to customer service to see where my other gift card is. If I run into any problems with customer support, I will update my review!

Media Rewards have been great.. U just set it up and get vouchers for surveys.. haven't won a prize yet thou.. lol it's been over a year that I been waiting to WIN..

I love this app because one its not fake its totally legit. It requires only min effort to participate it does most of what it does in the background and doesn't interfere at all with my battery or cause any issues with how my phone runs. Ive gotten several 10 dollar payouts. Its not an app to quit your job with but u can an do earn sum extra money with very minimal effort

I recently had the pleasure of engaging with the media rewards team, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations! Their approach to rewarding users for simply listening to ads around them and participating in surveys is genius. I do NOT believe there are actual giveaways. In 2 years, I have gotten possibly 6 total surveys, with 4 having an actual $10 gift card. Just a gimmick for them to track your phone.

The app runs in the backround its easy and dosnt mess with my phone. Ive had this running now for like 830 somthing days witch is about 3 years got a few $10 gift cards but nothing special untill april prize draw of 2024 i won the $1000 prize draw and i could use it to fix a few things in part thanks media rewards

I have been on the app in UK for the last couple of years but got nothing out of it. There are other better rewarding apps. Its a waste of time and draining out of batteries here.

I like this app. Easy to use. I finally won a $50 drawing and every few months a $10 one. Must use this app. Only real down side is it uses the battery and can't use your phones mic.

I use this app in the background while watching programmes to help me to build rewards by completing a five minute survey. Media rewards has a great choice of rewards to select and is easy to use the rewards when works best for you!

U didn't have to do anything and can win plus surveys for gift cards love it

I have tried to opt out of having this app running in the background. I was told I have to request it & it's not guaranteed . What annoys me more though is, there are meant to be survey's to complete & they are so irregular it's crazy. I dont expect something for nothing & am happy to put the time in. This should be reciprocated.
The final sore point for me is they HAVE NOT sent my last reward. I have tried to make contact 4 times asking for it to be sent or a copy of they reckon they did.

(I use other survey companies, some rewards are instant, others well with in the advised time frame, not all are this bad)

So far is been OK but last month I won the 50£ price draw never received the gift card. After lots of attempts to reach them I never was able to fix the situation. Hope was just a mistake fixable, so I can change this review. Unfortunately I this is the only way I can maybe have some feedback.

I love media rewards! It's incredibly easy to use it's kind of like set it and forget it except you take a survey maybe once a month and keep the app active to collect your background noise and then they send you a 7 minute survey and when you get a $10 gift card just about every single time there's only been one occasion but I've taken a survey and I didn't get chosen so I didn't receive a gift card. And they do bonus prize draws to where you can win up to $50 or $100 once a month. It's so super easy everyone should do it!
