Friendly and Understanding with Professional Attitude.
Helped me sort out a MIAM and provided Mediation Certificate (C100). Very thorough and understanding. They took the time to listen and take details. Friendly service. The only thing that could have been better was that i never got to the actual mediation stage because participation was refused by the other party. but obviously thats not the fault of the company.

All the staff at Mediation First were friendly, understanding and the collaboration to get the situation resolved was highly professional. I would recommend anyone to use this company. You are informed of what to expect from the first meeting and at every stage. They are timely in their responses and any additional information or guidance is up to date with government policies. From myself, I hope not to have to use them again, but if I needed advice and help in the future they would be the first ones I would call. Waste of time
I found this was a waste of time contacting this company. I was unsuccessful in resolving my issue. Correspondence from the mediator was very little from themselves and the person I wanted to resolve things with, as they only sent out an email to them. And when they got no response, from the other party, they just closed my file. Not much effort was made in my opinion.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your experience and I am sorry to hear that you felt we did not make enough effort to contact the other party.
Having had a look at your case I can see that we did attempt to contact the other party both by email and letter but had not received a response after more than two weeks. As you can appreciate whilst we will make efforts to contact the other party it is ultimately their choice as to whether to engage and, so that there is a consistent process, this needs to be time limited to some extent.
As we set out in our concluding email to you, and as we do to all our clients where mediation does not proceed, mediation is not a now or never event, the door remains open and should the other party be in touch with us then we will contact you to see if we can facilitate joint mediation sessions.

Our mediator, Will was excellent. He very quickly got up to speed with our situation which wasn't straightforward and he was very understanding and supportive. He explained everything in a clear and easy to understand way with positive advice about how we move forward from this point to achieve the outcome that we are hoping for. We were made to feel very comfortable and reassured during the meeting, which by it's very nature was quite stressful and emotional but Will was absolutely first class in putting us at ease and helping us through the meeting. We would love to pass on our thanks to Will, thank you very much.
