They listened to what I had to say and I got the plan I needed.
They were quick, and when comparing other plans it was a no nonsense type of response and flat out let me know that UHC was the way to go.

Too long on the phone with agent and too many redundant questions. It’s complicated enough for seniors, the phone time needs to be reduced!!!
