Says will deliver within 2-3days yet it’s been way more than that. Got an email saying will get a reply from a hotmail.com address once order processed. Unprofessional and suspicious.

They took my money straight away have not delivered my order will not respond to any of my messages I'm disabled and want my money back I'm very upset I can't afford to lose this money very unprofessional and untrustworthy company do not use

I should have checked on here before placing an order. Having placed an order and paid, they have been completely unresponsive: no medication dispatched, and no replies to messages.

Selected my medication but won't let me check out despite having the assessment. Its in my cart just won't let me pay!! Very frustrating. Nobody got back to me from the pharmacy. Very poor

I really hoped I could have given a good review. Even after reading the reviews I took my chance and ordered and paid for two items from them. There was a delay but I did get a confirmation, dispatch, tracking and the package finally arrived - but only one of the items had been sent.
The phone number on their website simply comes up as an unknown number when I tried to ring them.
I've emailed them to let them know only one item was shipped but they've simply ignored it.
I have to agree with other reviewers on here, avoid this company at all costs.

Submitted online consultation form for a new order on 6.6.2024 and received no reply. Keep on email and leave message to the company, still received no reply. The telephone line couldn’t be connected. Avoid this company.

only use if you do not need to contact them about your order. Ordered on 28/05 and the item arrived on 05/06. You receive an email the day before, in this case, the 4th. (for those wishing to know about standard lead time and comms. I emailed them on 31/05 asking for an update as I had run out of tablets (my fault) there had been no reply by the time of writing on 05/06. I also, contacted them through their contact page, but again no reply. Their phone number does not work.

Scam, I ordered my medicine on 21st and still dated 28th nothing has happened for my order and only today received and email asking for my kidney test.
Avoid using this website...

Anyone thinking of ordering from this company - READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS.

After that, read the confusing partially positive reviews from people who got what they ordered after a long wait, but still gave three or four stars. If I'd have seen even half of those, I would not have even tried to order from this place.

I ordered a three-pack of hayfever spray over a week ago. It has been showing as 'Order in query' for all that time. Yet payment was taken immediately.

Note also that they do not send out any order acknowledgement emails, so you have no idea what is going on.

This is the 21st Century. If you order and pay for something which is a stock item, you expect it to be dealt with immediately. Conversely, since it IS the 21st Century, when someone doesn't respond immediately, the only conclusion you can reach is 'scammer'. Or being more generous: 'incompetent'.

They do not reply to contact form messages, and they do not respond to emails.

I have given them an ultimatum: refund my order, and if I don't hear anything by 5 September I am contacting my card issuer (another 21st Century advantage) and fully intend to kick up a stink with anyone I can after that.

At best, they are extremely inefficient. If what you ordered doesn't turn up, or if you can't get a refund from them (as some reviewers have commented has happened to them)... well, you can work that one out yourself.

Do not order from them. The positive reviews are misleading.

It is impossible to place an order with these people. I get to the basket and it won’t let me go any further. I have tried to phone them and the number does not exist.

Scam website, never received my order , called , emailed never had a reply, took the payment and just disappeared. ordered 11/09/2022 , order states order in query since then.

The company took my money and rejected my purchase. I did not receive a refund. I tried phoning the landline number on multiple occasions and no one answers and I wrote 3 emails to the email provided and had no reply.
This company is a scam and I do not recommend. The one time I didn’t look at reviews before purchasing and I really wish I had. Stay away.

Fraudulent company. Received their payment and did not send the medication. No response to my emails. Avoid.

I think my wife managed to dodge a bullet here. She had used them before with no problem, but she tried to place an order a day or two ago and couldn’t access checkout. Email to them bounced back as undelivered. I wonder if they’ve stopped trading.
