I had a really disappointing experience with this company. The service was not what I expected, communication was poor, and the support team took far too long to respond. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.

Return

It did not work in our for our environment. Read the fine print because it is impossible to return . The company wanted 25% of the cost upon return. I am keeping it so they cannot sell the item again. It is just the cost of my continuing education at age at 79 years

Regarding returns, we understand this can be frustrating. As stated clearly on our website and at the time of purchase, a 15–25% restocking fee applies to returned equipment. For medical and hygienic products such as patient lifts, a 25% fee is standard practice to ensure safety and sanitation.

Purchased the dignity lift

Purchased the dignity lift. Arrived promptly but unfortunately was damaged. I reached out to customer service for return and replacement. They responded within hours and had my replacement shipped the same day. Excellent service!

Questionable Customer Service

Our experience with this company was extremely frustrating. We ordered a part with 2-3 day shipping, but it took over five weeks to arrive. For the first two weeks, there was no communication or delivery. We reached out via email, phone, and webchat, but received no responses on any platform. After another two weeks of failed attempts to contact them, we filed a complaint with the FTC. Only then, three hours later, did we finally receive a response from the company. It took yet another week for the part to arrive.

For constructive feedback, I strongly recommend the company prioritize customer service. A timely response to inquiries—within 24 hours—is essential for a positive customer experience. Improved communication and adherence to promised shipping timelines would make a significant difference.

We would like to clarify a few important points:

You placed the order on Dec10th evening and first contacted us on December 18th. We returned your call on December 21st. While our response was delayed due to the Pre-Christmas season and a high volume of inquiries, we did make efforts to follow up and stay in touch.

The item you ordered was temporarily out of stock, and you agreed to wait for it to become available.

The product was delivered on December 30th, which does not reflect a five-week delay.

Our website clearly states that the item ships within 1–3 business days after payment, not that it is delivered within that time. Shipping itself generally takes 7–10 days.

We did not receive any contact from the FTC regarding this matter.

We completely understand your frustration when ordering a very urgent and sensitive item like a scooter’s battery, and we take your feedback seriously. Improving our response times and customer communication—especially during peak seasons—is a top priority moving forward.
