I attended a FREC 3 course run by Aaron recently, as per the requirements as a sub contractor.

The course was fun and engaging through out, and Aaron opened up the floor for discussion. Not your typical “death by PowerPoint” teaching style, instead a variety of practicals, demonstrations, discussions and experiences shared. Aaron had thorough knowledge of the course material, and was happy to revisit any areas of misunderstanding.

Aaron's teaching style is brilliant. He makes sure everyone understands before he moves on. He fully engages with his students, and listens intently to their questions and comments.

The instruction from Aaron and his wealth of in-depth knowledge was outstanding. This made the theory discussions extremely interesting and the practicals enjoyable.
I would recommend MedLearn to anyone and I will definitely be completing my FREC 3 top-up course with Aaron.

I felt very supported through-out my training and everything was explained and demonstrated in a way for everyone to learn :)

I normally hate learning in any kind of setting but Aaron made it so I didn’t feel like I was just sat at a desk learning, it was fun and enjoyable :)

Such an enjoyable 5 day course, Aaron made each day interactive and created such a comfortable environment to ask questions in! Was a good mix between practical work and theory, which I found helpful for someone like myself who is a very visual learner. Would definitely recommend!

Brilliant , the learning process was at an excellent and relaxed pace with good equipment and time given to carry out practical tasks .

A thorough and natural training course provided, without the use of on screen material and slide shows. A hands on, practical course, with great teaching, support and guidance. Highly recommend. (3rd time completing course with Med Learn)
