London was so patient and understanding what i needed..she was great!!!

I’ve ordered a product on 21 August. 1 month later I’ve heard nothing. Site has been under maintenance for 2 weeks. I sent emails to query possibly get a refund but no correspondence received. Absolute silence. Just took the money and disappeared. Awful service

I am disappointed, not received alternative ointment, for my eczema since 8 of August, and not refunding my amount

Good to deal with if as little slow to get GP permissions and get the meds to me - quite probably the GP's fault.

No response and no item received. No refund either.

Worst online meds company there is.

Slow, difficult, uncommunicative. Sat on my order for a week without doing anything, ignored my repeated attempts to contact them, ignored my repeated requests to cancel, notified them they had taken so long there was no point sending the order as wed already be on holiday....and at that point they decided to send it.

New levels of incompetence - can't help but wonder if some of their meds have leaked and turned everyone there into a useless blob

It don’t d take a while to get a reply bk from them but since then they have been keeping me updated with my purchase

Appalling. They refuse to refund my money even though they are out of stock. I think they may be a scam. Never go anywhere near these crooks.

NO stock levels or indicators on their website. It’s 2025! Sort it out.

Then no communication at all until I chased my order only be told it’s out of stock and will be in next week. Well thanks for telling me!

Next week comes and still no stock so over 2 weeks later I’ve asked for a refund.

Took forever too get here. Happy with packaging and delivery driver was polite n courteous.

Price and communication were very good but delivery time was too long. If that could be improved I would certainly order from them again.

I haven't received it it's been a bloody week

My money has been taken and cleared out of my bank account, yet i haven't received my order and I've messaged several times now and not getting a reply, so I want a refund asap
