Excellent service from the MedsPartner team! Communication was very responsive even across different time zones, and the ordering process was simple and straightforward. Payment and delivery instructions were clear and detailed. The estimated delivery time was supposed to be longer, but the order actually arrived in just 3 days. Very satisfied — 5 stars!

It gets easier second time around! Setting up Wise initially was the hardest part, once that is done it's smooth sailing... and again customer support was incredibly responsive to help with that.

Yes, after the removal of de minimis in USA, it takes a little longer for clearance especially due to huge backlog at customs. Recently, the clearance time has improved to some extent.
