I loved working with Alisha Memon from Medtigo. I was working with a sense of urgency to get the licenses done in a relatively short period of time. I have had colleagues with horror stories from other companies. Every step felt like I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates. The team seemed inexperienced and not aligned — no one took ownership of the case. For the amount they charge, I expected a smooth and professional service, but it turned into a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal. Definitely not worth the stress or the money.
