Tally is a great tool until you try to run a professional business. Locking the ability to choose a notification email address behind a $29/month Pro plan is ridiculous. It’s a basic organizational need, not a premium feature. You’re actively sabotaging the workflow for small entrepreneurs just to force an upgrade. Great UX, greedy business model.

Very unimpressed

Very unimpressed. My son sent from his tally to my tally Friday afternoon 2pm we now Saturday they fobbed me off since yesterday saying "got go through security " now its weekend so too late cant access my money! This security is so rediculas my son has sent to me before its tally to tally! Dont recommended this at all as its spoilt my weekend i cant even get my small paymnet! So bad
And they liars telling me its been resolved as it isnt. I won't be using it anymore after this now

Tally does not keep their payment process they pay for about 8 to 12 months then send notice that they are no longer going to pay your card and payment is due so no you have their payment and your CC payments tp make. seems like a bait and switch to me by not upholding their side of the contract.

Legal action needs to be taken against…

Legal action needs to be taken against Tally for false promises, misleading advertising, and going against user agreements. This is yet another bait and switch company with predatory lending practices. Whatever you do, DO NOT work with Tally. The interest rate upon signing was 3% in order to assist getting OUT of debt, now the interest rate is 28% and placing me further into debt. They will give you the run around about the federal prime rate, however the signature upon beginning service did not state this anywhere. Further, I was never notified of this interest rate change until viewing my statement. Predators.

Tally: don't lie to save face. You're by far one of the worst companies on the market, harming those simply attempting to financially advocate for themselves.

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. They got me as a customer by telling me they were going to pay off my credit cards using a credit line I would get from them. That worked for a little while until they just stopped paying them. They sent me an email that said they can no longer pay my cards because one of their investors backed out. An investor?!? One person decides not to be their investor and they can no longer offer their service to me? What a joke. They never told me upfront that's how this works. So now I just have a loan with a company I never wanted a loan with in the first place (unless I was using the service they promised). I think they are still accepting customers, so why not move me to one of their other investors? Because they are either scam artists or just terrible business people. What a great way to get a high interest loan from customers: tell them you will offer a service and then after a little while, just take the service away, but keep the loan.

Also, as an aside, I was using their Android app -- which is no longer supported! How does a fintech company just stop supporting one of the two primary apps? Again, either scam artists or morons. Stay far away from this "company."

Just to reinforce how poorly they are run, my account on their website has a small note that says my payments are no longer being made, but the rest of the page shows me stuff like "your plan is on track," lets me choose new credit card payment strategies, and even LETS ME ADD NEW CREDIT CARDS, even though they no longer offer me that service.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam, predatory company. Basically a loan shark with a bait and switch APR. Started at 11.9%, then went to 17.99%, now at almost 22%.

Tally is a predatory lender

Tally is a predatory lender. They rope you in with great promises but then hike you the finance charge rate and then tell you they can no longer provide service to you b/c they lost their lender. So what happens is that you end up paying double in monthly payments than before you signed up with Tally. AND Their job is literally to make credit card payments…yet they missed making some of mine.

7.14.24 Tally- your response is unacceptable. I was a good customer with every payment on time. Tally, however was not a good service provider. They continually raised the finance charge late and made payments to my account late. They then had the nerve to charge me a membership fee and then discontinue their servicing my account. At that point, they raised the finance charge even higher. PREDATORY LENDER.

They're extremely okay

They're extremely okay. Over my time with them (over 18 months) it things are getting worse on the user end. Soon they won't even be supporting their Android app which is a weird move for a company that advertised themselves as a debt consolidation app.
As my credit improved they wouldn't renegotiate the percentage they were charging me -- something even my credit card was willing to do. At this point I have unlinked my card to Tally as it is cheaper for me to pay two separate bills (which, there goes the convenience of the service nee app) at my credit card's lower vig and to pay Tally separate.
In conclusion, Tally seems perfectly adequate at paying your credit card. And that's it.

A complete rip-off

A complete rip-off! Doubled my debt! Approved my credit and then turned around to tell me that I no longer qualified, after I had been paying them for 2+ years. So my line of credit was cancelled and now I owe them. Again my debt has doubled because of this making it impossible for me to afford. To top it off, they are the most unwilling to work on a customized repayment plan that actually works for me! I want to pay them back and am trying but they are not providing any reasonable solutions given their inability to hold up on THEIR end of the agreement. A complete scam!

Putrid swamp a** of a company

Do not use this trash company. All the good reviews are fake just check the review profiles lol. They are losing funding going bankrupt probably. Smart investor that pulled out like a dude getting post nut clarity before getting the fat chick pregnant. I am finally free of tally my demise started in 2021 just settled with an agency to get this POS company out of my life. They auto paid all my debt without my knowledge. I deleted the app after realizing it was horrible turns out they paid my debt without telling me. Long story short it went to collections while I was on deployment. Came back settled so I didn’t get sued used another email when I signed up. When i checked that email had 100s of emails from that broke company begging for their money. Im not kidding the dude was literally begging me to pay I wish I still had the emails. Once I mentioned I was a service member and the SCRA cause this debt was before my service. They folded and settled for lower amount so they didn't have to deal with a legal matter. I would rather chew on a rotten moose knuckle than ever use this cat soup of a company. TRUST THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE THE ACCOUNTS HAVE 1-2 REVIEWS PERFECT GRAMMAR WHEN YOU READ THEM IT SOUNDS LIKE A DAMN COMMERCIAL REAL HUMANS MAKE TYPOS IM REAL JAUSNTBDKCU SEE A TYPO.

Did anyone ever got into their trap?!
I’m trying to fight with them right now to get my account closed and to settle monthly payments.
I have recently lost a job and have no source of income at the moment. I am looking for new job opportunities, however, meantime I’m not able to make payments on my account. I have sent out multiple letters, multiple requests to provide a financial hardship assistance and received a response that they’re not going to close my account and will continue charging me monthly interest and APR until the balance is completely paid off. The minimum they allow me to pay is $360 and all of those money go towards their interest!!! On top of that they keep increasing monthly rate, so there’s no way of getting out of it. Instead of paying down my account keeps accumulating more and more outstanding balance. Please, if anyone can provide any type of assistance or advice, I’ll appreciate it a lot. Anything helps.

THING IS THEY WERE AYING MY CARSDS FOR ME BUT STOPPED!!! SO I GOT HIT WITH LATE FEES. SO THATS WHY I STOPPED TALLY. BUT NOW THEY CLAIM I OWE THEM THE BALANCE SO ITS DOUBLE PAYMENT. BUT IF THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE TO DISCUSS MY ACCOUNT THATS NOT A ME ISSUE!!! IF YOU WANT MY MONEY CALL ME. I HAVE EMAILED BACK AND FORTH AND JUST GET GENERIC REPLIES. I NEED A HUMAN ON THE PHONE. TALLT BROKE A PROMISE WE HAD SET IN PLACE AND NOW WONT LET ME CANCEL. THEY DO NOT PAY MY CCS LIKE PROMISED SO WHY AM I PAYING THEM???? Indeed a rip-off!

Indeed a rip-off!! Claimed approval for my credit-then not even a year later said -due to changes in THEIR financial structures, they (Tally) are having trouble with their LENDERS, and my line of credit was cancelled-AND I OWE THEM BACK!!! Are you kidding?!
So basically-my debt is DOUBLED!!
(I have the emails saved)

Scammer! Highway robbery

Stay away from this company. They’re money hungry crooks. I’ve worked with many credit agencies. None were like Tally. They rob you blind. When I signed up, I turned off the pay on my behalf feature so they wouldn’t pay my bills. I just wanted to consolidate my debt and make pay back a lender. I was looking over my statement trying to figure out why I’m making these monthly payments and nothing is really happening to my balance. They not only take an insane interest rate, they take a $25 monthly service fee from your total payment so you only really pay like $60 of your principal from a $300+ minimum payment. To payoff my 10k debt, it’ll take 289 months or 24 years which in total will cost me nearly 95k to pay off. They’re not here to help you. They’re here to keep you in the system and profit off of you. If you want further information, find me on social media and I’ll show you all my documentation & talk you out of working with this company. Trust me, working with your creditor is so much better than working with Tally. Also, no one is ever working or in office. It’s nearly impossible to get someone on the phone. All the money you’re giving them, and they barely have a staff.

I’ve been with tally for a while now

I’ve been with tally for a while now. I had an issue trying to connect my new bank account for several months. I kept getting the same run around. Here’s some context, I moved and I updated my address on my bank. Tally wanted documents I did not have to prove proof of residency. I had my car registration but that was it. None of the agents were helpful in getting it connected. Throughout this process I was told that they closed my account indefinitely. So my cards won’t be paid. I don’t see how me trying several times to add my account would be my fault and close my account indefinitely.

Tally it is not a separate issue. If I cannot attach my bank account how can I pay my monthly bill?

Whatever you do DO NOT use Tally EVER

Whatever you do DO NOT use Tally unless you want to double your debt. I wanted to pay off cc debt and ended up doubling it by using tally. It is not an accredited "company". Any financial institution that is accredited would advise you NOT to use this horrid app.
