Welcome to Mega Music. Perth's largest locally owned and operated Music Store. We sell all things Guitars, Drums, Keyboards, Music Production, Live Sound and Stage/DJ Lighting. Our services also include guitar servicing, set-up and restringing, drum reskinning and tuning, Audio Installations for Churches, Schools, corporate and live venues, and we have a Music Academy at which you or your little ones can take guitar, drum, keyboard, vocal lessons and more. Our online store means you can also purchase what you need, wherever you're located. Our experienced staff, who are all working musicians, are always happy to advise you on your musical instrument choices and help you find the right instrument, the first time.

Ordered Big Bends nut sauce online…

Ordered Big Bends nut sauce online because your website had it in stock. Paid for express post to get it within a week. Nothing. Sent 2 emails, nothing. Found the same product in stock in Sydney a week later. Waited another week - no answer to emails, no order posted, so i cancelled. Terrible service, won’t deal with you again

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback on your experience and we're sincerely sorry to hear it wasn't up to scratch. This is definitely not the level of service we strive for. We have had issues with staffing levels in our online department in recent weeks which has regrettably resulted in this. We are addressing this as quickly as possible so we can consistently serve at the high level of customer satisfaction we aim for and are ordinarily known for. We hope we are better able to serve in the future with an excellent level of customer service and satisfaction.

Wonderful customer service

Had a website glitch, and when I called them up, the girl on the phone was kind, patient and very helpful
And my package, although the was a hitch at the beginning because of the website, was delievered and the company was very good at sending me a timely invoice, tracking number and updates on my parcel
It arrived with no damage, and was exactly as the website described and photos showed.
