2 bikes later.. I will come again for my next one.

I love bikes, from motorbikes to cycles. I like collecting and having different ones to use for different reasons.

My first bike from them was engwe e26 and I had a massive problem with the bike (Turned out to be a fault from engwe factory) - These guys drove down 4 hours to collect, fix my bike, and redeliver it.

My second bike a vitilan u7 2.0 came without a uk charger.. from vitilan factory and a common issue with fat tyre ebikes when pumping from new. 5 mins phone call later they got me to fix the tyre issue and they got the warehouse to send me a new charger.

From my experience, I'll buy again, specially when their prices are decent compared to others

The bike is great. However squeaky noise comes from seat, from break and also from front. I have no idea why
