Good communication and very quick dispatch

Meg K9's website is easy to navigate and use from product search to purchase. Product is as described. Glad I went for the 15m instead of the 10m lead as it gives our puppy plenty of freedom without being too far away. Considering the length of the training lead I was pleasantly surprised how light weight it is. Delivery was within a couple of day of the order. Very happy indeed.

Well made well made ideal for larger boot space of a seven seater Citroen car

My dog much prefers this head collar over the well known brands we’ve tried and it really helps me to walk her. She is very strong on the lead when I’m walking both my dogs together (she walks beautifully when she’s on her own) and I use crutches so walks were becoming difficult. Product is well made and sturdy and looks like it will last many years - I have a previous version of this product for a previous dog which has lasted well but is sadly too small for my current dog. Product was made and received quickly with no issues. 100% would buy again.

The 'simple leader head collar' is a good quality collar, it works as well as the figure of 8 leads we have tried but I think it is a bit more comfortable for our dog.
It arrived in very good time and was in a box unlike other suppliers who put everything in plastic bags.

At the same time I was dealing with an issue with my Karcher product and their customer service is shockingly bad. That company is huge. Meg K9 is not a huge multi national company but their customer Interaction and service is way above expectation.

The construction quality of the lead collar is excellent. As to its effectiveness, I cannot really comment yet. Purchased for my extremely reactive rescue, who pulls continuously. So far she has managed to slip out of it with ease after a few yards. Will persevere. N:B to add, comment not intended as a criticism of the product, rather a technique I had to learn.

Sarah went over and above for me and the product that she made was created to perfection. She takes lot of pride in her work and her commitment to getting it right was very much appreciated.
