Customer service was very helpful and product is amazing. Looks great and good material. Also, easy to install with patience. Will surely recommend to everyone looking to spruce up their ride.

The process was easy and they worked with my design to make it look great. The product looks AMAZING and I can’t wait to see what it looks like on my Gladiator.

The customer experience was top notch. Monika held my hand through the customer design work and the creative team absolutely went above and beyond!

Customer service is amazing with this product. These days it's something rare and valued and should be called out as being amazing with Mek Magnet!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with MEK Magnet. I ordered a kit for my Jeep, but when it arrived, the product was completely damaged and did not fit the vehicle correctly.
What makes this an absolute nightmare is their customer service or complete lack thereof. I have been actively trying to return this defective product since February, and the company has shown a total lack of attention to my complaints. They have been completely irresponsible, choosing to ignore my emails and return requests rather than fixing their mistake.
If you are buying these to protect your Jeep, beware that if anything arrives damaged or doesn't fit, you will be stuck with an expensive, useless product. I have never experienced such unprofessional and irresponsible customer service. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for trail protection.

If you love hitting tight, technical trails where brush and branches are practically guaranteed, these magnetic panels are an absolute lifesaver. I’ve run them twice now on some very challenging terrain, and they work right as advertised.

They provide fantastic coverage and completely prevent those dreaded trail pin-stripes from chewing up your clear coat. Application and removal are straightforward, and they stay put securely while you're crawling over rocks and navigating narrow gaps.

One crucial tip from experience: Make sure you clean them really well after each use. If they aren't completely clean and properly seated, those smaller panels can lose part of their adhesion and become airborne on the freeway once you push past 65 mph. Ask me how I know!

Clean them well, slap them on before the trailhead, and your paint will thank you. Highly recommended for any overlander or off-roader who wants to keep their rig looking clean long-term.

Second set I’ve bought I love them

Excellent service hands on personal services and outstanding product knowledge understood my problem and how I could take care of it. Made me feel good about choosing your product.

I could not be happier with my custom trail armor! I had a very specific vision for my Bronco, and they absolutely nailed it. From the colors and mountain design to all the little details, the finished product turned out even better than I imagined.

The quality is fantastic, the print is beautiful and crisp, and it completely changed the look of my Bronco while still feeling like my Bronco. I also really appreciated being able to create something custom instead of settling for a design everyone else has.

If you're on the fence about ordering custom trail armor, do it. The quality, customization, and finished look are absolutely worth it. Five stars and then some! 💜🧡

The custom design process was so responsive and creative! When I received my magnets, I was very impressed with everything from the packaging, to the quality of material, to the use of all spare space and the ease of install and care. Plus I get so many compliments on the Jeep now. Thank you so much!

Shipping and processing took way too long.

Absolutely love them!!!! Can’t wait to get them out on the trail. Excellent customer service from purchasing to receiving my custom order!!!! I couldn’t be happier!!!!!

This is a great product for mail carries as well! Nice thick panels have had it on for a couple weeks now and no peeling up or bubbles at all..Got the Nano rockies scene and it was very easy to apply..like the idea of be able to take off and reapply or even change it up with new scenes. Loved the Easter egg Yeti's!!!

Great communication, great price, great product!

We've had this on our Jeep Gladiator, and it's done its job, we've got real dents and scrapes it's taken so our truck didn't have to. That alone would be enough to recommend it.

But the customer service is what really sets Mek Magnet apart. It's rare to find a company that actually stands behind what they sell, and this one does. They respond fast, and they treat you like a person, not a number. Great product, backed by a company that actually cares. Hard combination to find these days.

The team captured my vision with amazing, epic beauty. Only issue I,myself , found was being handicap the application process was difficult. I did have assistance however even then it was tedious and exhausting to apply.
It looks GORGEOUS on my buggy though. Brings the while personality to life now.

I love love love my MEK armor! The ghost camo is so cool looking and yet discreet on my granite metallic rubi! I received one defected panel on the passenger rear, but customer service was incredible to work with and quickly sent a replacement panel. These panels have incredible hold and seem like they will be very durable against the tree rash!

The ppv looks great on my jeep. It's one of the best upgrades I have bought. However, one of the sections did not not line up with my factory trail rated badge with its pre cut hole, so it did not match up with the other sections all that great. That is the reason for 4 stars and not 5.
