I went down and ordered 2 tons of gravel this morning i thought i was going to be delivered next day when I received an email my order was out for delivery today very pleased top Service and cheapest around plus free delivery what more can you ask for .
I got a phone call from Carl the driver here was here ready to go brilliant service put it exactly where I want it very polite 100% service from all the staff highly recommend

Excellent service
Shortly after placing my order I received a call from Ben querying one of the items. He replaced it and refunded the difference very quickly. I then received a text message the following morning to say the order was out for delivery and Michael would be delivering it. It's not the easiest driveway to deliver to but when he arrived Michael checked exactly where we wanted the bulk bags dropped off. Excellent service all round.

Genuinely the absolute Dons of Customer Service! Not only are the range and prices great, but the delivery crew couldn't be more helpful, professional and thoughtful. To top it off I made a schoolgirl error in my latest order and they literally called me first thing to check it was actually what I wanted as it had cost me over £100 more than I needed it to. Changed the order on the spot and processed the refund within half an hour...what is this service witchcraft?!!

Must have been very quiet as the dog did not bark to inform us someone was near.

Considering we arrived in a big crane lorry to deliver your two bulk bags, did well not to alert the dog! 🐶
We would normally knock to let customers know we’ve arrived, so we’re not quite sure what happened there. If there’s no answer, our drivers will always make a sensible judgement on safe placement and unloading, which thankfully seems to have worked well here.
Appreciate the feedback and hope to see you again soon.
