2 tins chestnut puree ordered, one completely caved in. Customer service replied with often dented, no problem, so no refund. After dicussion offered a refund if I return both tins and pay return postage so out of pocket. Have reported them to Trading Standards and tgey are now not talking to me. Not acceptable.

Easy to order but problem with the delivery as usual with Evri! Arrived 2 days later than it should have.

Fantastic company. Excellent products and extremely prompt delivery.

great product (Dorset sweet shortcrust pastry) Delivery on time and in excellent condition

Wide range of interesting consumables. Reasonable prices. Fast service. I like this company and buy from them often.

Easy to order. Thank you 🙏

It was easy to place an order and the order arrived well packaged and on time.

The puttanesca sauce is as described. Absolutely buonissima. Beautiful flavours.

Parcel was delivered fine but all four tins were mainly broken biscuits.
I could hear that they were rattling so kuch so really I'd like a refund or another set.

I have found fine items at a good price and their delivery has effectively been carried out in a reasonable time. It has not been a fantastic service but has definitely been a good service

The lemon marmalade is heaven in a jar.
The bristots are a present. They look delicious. I hope I get one when they are open.
Package arrived on time, well packed and excellent ongoing communication.
I will shop again.

Delivered on time and in perfect condition

Nothing much to say. I ordered something; Melbury and Appleton shipped the correct product to me very quickly. The product was breakable, but was well packaged and the quality is superb. Have used M&A for a number of years now and have never had a moments bother.

Good website, easy to use, great range of unusual, quality products. Quick delivery, a happy repeat customer. Only one complaint and that is the non recyclable packing used to ensure products arrive in perfect order.

Product arrived promptly and is absolutely delicious!
