Everything was fine. They are very nice cookies, and they came quickly and in good condition.

quick and easy ordering, aside from the difficulty of having to choose from the large range of items available as I couldn't have everything!
Postage reasonable. Packaging good. Will definitely use them again

Once I made the order a little difficult to find out when it would be delivered and info about it but otherwise great.

Lovely range of goodies promptly delivered. Something a little different for the epicurean for Christmas. C xx

Great place to shop for foodie gifts. Easy ordering great products and fast delivery.

Order arrived amazingly quickly, carefully packed and all in good condition. Haven't tried any of the items yet as they are for Christmas!

It was easy to find and purchase what I wanted, and I was more than happy with the products on offer, which I couldn't find anywhere else because they were unusual, and so it made me want to return to the site in future. Delivery was within a few days, and the updates via email were really helpful, too.

Great selection of comestibles!!
Prompt service and despatch, delivery earlier than expected.
Thank you

The website was o order on and the delivery was speedy. The produce was fresh and in excellent condition.

12 days after placing the order, my parcel had not been delivered. Yodel told Melbury & Appleton that delivery was refused, which is untrue. I now have to wait until the parcel is returned to them (they think another 2 weeks) before they will look at a refund. A further email from me has been ignored. Poor customer service, I won’t shop there again.

Fast dispatch and good packaging. Great communication and tracking on the parcel. Products are as described and we are very happy with them.

Great ordering system and speedy delivery. Everything well packed and protected and products as expected

First class in every way. The ready made pastry was excellent and helped me make the best mince pies I’ve ever eaten. I’m never buying shop bought again.

Great items, well packaged, delivered quickly. Thank you.

Arrived swiftly in good condition. Great product as always.
