I've gone through several hosting…
I've gone through several hosting companies for Minecraft and Web hosting and Meloncube has proved to have the best support, no lag at all, and a safe secure hosted service. Any owners I run into, I always recommend this service to. The staff are not just polite, but offer the best customer service that I've seen from any company. All around, meloncube is the way to go!

Good service with useful manager tools.
I have using this service for holding a Minecraft server for a month. The sever has a good connection and good manager tools for server managing. So I want to keep relationships with this service :)

Smooth, simple, and easy to manage!
I was recreating a server that a few friends and I had started until one got salty and became a peen potatoe, so I had the owner copy the entire database for me and I made a meloncube server! Very easy to manage! I just selected the fabric loader we used, drag and dropped the mods we have into the mod folder, and DONE!

The representative who assisted me was very vague, even though I sent him several replies alluding to that fact. I did not fully understand what he was trying to tell me, and he did nothing to provide a full explanation of what I kept asking. His name was Jeremiah J.

Hey Daan,
I have looked into this and it seems that it was due to non-payment. I can also see that all of this was due to an issue with the card attached to your account.
This doesn't mean all your files are lost. If you wish to continue, setup a new server and send us a ticket letting us know that you wish for your old server files to be added to it and the team will get you back on the right track. :)

I am sorry you had a bad experience.
I have spoken to a member of the support team and can see you had an issue trying to run a mod. With mods, you need to be sure the mod is not only on the server but also on the clients that wish to play the server aswell.
We are sad to see you go, but hope you will return again soon.

4GB of ram
Even with 4GB of ram the servers still struggle with only one person online at a time every now and again while on the lower options if two people arent in the same chunks the server will crash
