We had a world break due player error using some command issues on a modded server. Any of our backups/downloads were more than 2 months old and hundreds of player hours would have been down the drain. Obviously this caused some distress amongst the players.

Well we decided to email support to see if anything could be done after exploring some options on our side, and at 2 AM they responded within 20 minutes maybe explaining their automated backups, and even offered to wave this months payment and retroactively provide our backup files for the previous days.

They were nothing but helpful, and have consistently been so in the years I've been using the service.

i'm from south east asia and while it's good most of the time, there are lag spikes where i just cant join especially when my US based friends are in. Pretty nice otherwise

The best hosting service I’ve ever used. Fast and effective support replies, no lag even on large amounts of players, and very user friendly control panel. The only thing I disliked was the fact that I had to pay for the second month of service in advance quite early, and in that moment, I didn’t have the required money in my Paypal account, and my server got shut down. Other than that, everything felt perfect

I've used MelonCube for MC Server hosting a couple different times now, and I love their service. So quick and easy to set up, and such a good price.

I've been using Meloncube for over two years now and I've never had one instance of a problem, loss of data, downtime, etc. Very very satisfied with what I'm paying for! I've also received excellent help when I need it.

Not that easy to use. Not intuitive. Very easy to delete the whole world by just changing the name of it.

Been with MelonCube for almost a year now and they have been extremely helpful if/when I had problems. My server is always running (not a single time where it was down for no reason) and is pretty good about reminding me about updates. If you're looking for a MC sever host, look no further.

I've used meloncube 5 or 6 times now for various minecraft servers ranging from the 1GB to 6GB options. They were always working and never had any lag. The support team was always ready to help day or night, and could always get my problem sorted out as quickly as possible. Could not recommend enough.
