The Member Deals Id.me page for hotels…
The Member Deals Id.me page for hotels states that my hotel will be one price "All Fees Included". When I made payment I was charged additional fees. Then I called the Member Deal customer line, and after waiting about 15 minutes, it disconnected asking me to call back later. Quite disappointing.

am extremely disappointed with my experience using MemberDeals.com. I mistakenly booked the Crowne Plaza Midtown Atlanta and later discovered numerous concerning reviews explaining that the hotel had recently been sold to another company and was currently in a transition phase. After learning this information, I immediately contacted MemberDeals.com and requested a refund.
At the same time, I booked the correct hotel through MemberDeals.com, hoping they would work with me in good faith regarding the mistaken booking. I was told I would receive a response within 72 hours regarding my refund request. However, after 72 hours passed with no update, I contacted them again only to be told that a “partner company” was now reviewing the situation and that they could not provide any timeline for resolution.
This lack of accountability and customer support is very frustrating. I specifically trusted MemberDeals.com because they are affiliated with my union benefits program, and I expected a higher standard of service and professionalism. Instead, I feel like I am being given the runaround while my money remains tied up.
When I return to New York, I fully intend to make our union leadership aware of this experience and the way this situation has been handled. Union members should know exactly what kind of customer service to expect when using this company.

As a third‑party booking provider, we do need to work directly with the hotel’s supplier when reviewing refund requests. In this case, we submitted the request to the supplier associated with the hotel; however, the refund was not approved. We also made an additional effort to contact the hotel directly, but the front desk advised that the reservation date is too far out for them to review or make any determination at this time.
We understand your disappointment, especially given your trust in MemberDeals through your union benefits program. While reservations of this type are marked as non‑refundable, we are still willing to review any new information that may help. If you are able to obtain written approval directly from a hotel manager authorizing a refund, please share that documentation with us and we will gladly forward it to the supplier for further review. Please note that this does not guarantee approval, but it does allow us to advocate further on your behalf.
To ensure we are reviewing the correct reservation, we kindly ask that you contact us directly and provide your order number. Our team will be happy to look into the matter and confirm what options, if any, may still be available.
We value your feedback and regret that this experience did not meet your expectations.
Prices are good
Prices are good. the only thing I didn't understand was that the collision damage waiver (CDW) was advertised as $11/day. I'm doing a 7-day rental, but the CDW cost was $88, an apparent coverage for 8 days.

AMC Tickets did not work for AMC online purchase or reservations…
This review is for the AMC Black tickets through Bank of America deals. Bottomline: I was able to purchase the Black Tickets, but unable to redeem them online for reserved seats at AMC.com; the AMC site thru the Chrome browser refused to honor them ( a 16 digit and a 12 digit code) for payment, making them worthless.

While the Black Tickets were successfully purchased, redemption for reserved seats online can sometimes be impacted by AMC’s website settings or browser behavior. AMC is best positioned to assist with troubleshooting code acceptance on AMC.com.

HIDDEN FEES. 0 STARS
The price of the theme park tickets were the same price as the actual website. On top of that the total price after my card was processed was higher by $20 than what it originally said when I was entering my information!!
Also when I rented a car through tmobile, there was a a whole bunch of hidden fees once I went to pick up. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Deliberately Deceptive
They bill $20 more in Busch Gardens tickets which is not clearly displayed upon entering credit card number. My bank pushed a 2 step authentication which was the only place the real total was displayed. Beware any rebate/other “included bonus” is actually extra they’re going to try to tap your card for. Fully deceptive and deliberate. Nice try scammer.

Our pricing is designed to remain competitive and is often lower than gate prices. It was nice to look at deals and events. However, checkout was terrible! I've never had so much kickback from trying to pay for events, lodging, or any other online purchasing experience.

I wasn’t able to book the reservation…
I wasn’t able to book the reservation that showed it was available. The hotel showed 5 left but when I checked out I kept getting error codes saying the price didn’t match. So I had to choose a more expensive room. I tried at least 7 times to purchase. The site is legit though but must have patience.

While booking, the hotel showed availability with a limited number of rooms left, but during checkout an error kept appearing indicating the price no longer matched. This required selecting a higher-priced room. The booking attempt was made multiple times, which can certainly be frustrating. The site itself is legitimate, but in situations like this, a little patience—and reaching out to us directly—can really help so we can assist in real time.
Total Scam
Over charged me. The “deals” are more expensive than normal to pay for them to middle man. I requested a refund and they refused despite their own policy. AVOID
