At the moment, we’re experiencing a higher-than-usual volume of requests following the holidays, so response times may be a bit longer than normal. We take claims like this very seriously and want to clarify the situation.
memoryOS does not have any subscription plans that charge $150 every two weeks. Such a charge structure does not exist in our system. What most likely happened is either that two annual subscriptions were purchased (for example, through different sign-in methods or devices), or you may be seeing a duplicate authorization/confirmation related to the same initial payment rather than recurring bi-weekly charges.
We never withdraw payments without authorization. All charges require explicit user confirmation, and the amount, billing cycle, and renewal date are always shown clearly before purchase. In addition, receipts and reminders are sent by email.
That said, we’re absolutely happy to help investigate this and process a refund if there was a duplicate or unintended charge. Please reach out to us directly at support@memoryos.com and our team will take care of this for you as quickly as possible.
We’d really appreciate the chance to resolve this properly and clear up any confusion.

TBI in 2005 at 18 years old. I WANT to improve memory, I hate sitting and staring at a cell phone! I've got TWEAKS IN ME! So whennn I do this app, yay thank you it's a nice change and hopefully beneficial

I love the mix of video and animated…
I love the mix of video and animated digital materials.
It doesn’t ask for any payment details unless you want to go to extra levels later on. There is plenty to work with in the free version. Spent 1 1/2 hours on it and can tell you the 10 largest countries by landmass, the first 10 Roman emperors, the Best Picture winners from 2000 to 2020. Not to mention the technique to walk through Mind Palaces and place my own items for memorising.
Really useful for kids studying. Wish I had know this stuff at 10.
