Was very impressed with the quality of the product and the efficient delivery and return process. Unfortunately I have an oddly shaped couch and so the cover was a little too small and had to return.

Return was issued within a few days of posting back although did have to pay for return postage. Overall positive experience.

I bought 2 x arabesco jacquard covers for my sofas. They arrived in 3 days and the process was extremely efficient. Well packaged, this product appears strong and durable. They have transformed my sofas and do not look like slip covers. They look like they are the original upholstery. The sizing is accurate and more than accommodating. The only issue I had was my cat fighting me to get on them before they were properly fitted and he's an excellent judge of comfort. The sofas needed covering due to his scratching but after 3 days he hasn't clawed them once. The stretchy nature of the fabric means he can't pull against them, which is an added bonus. Highly recommend.

Really good quality product- it fits my left facing leather chaise sofa from DFS really well. I purchased the velvet option & it looks & feels very nice and is comfy to sit on.It was easy to fit to my sofa & was on within 5 minutes- Delivery was super quick it came the next day! I ALREADY HAVE A MENOTTI COVER AND HINK THEY ARE GREAT. I WANTED ONE THAT WAS DIFFERENT AND FOUND ONE THAT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED - BUT WHEN IT ARRIVED IR LOOKED A TOTALLY DIFFERENT COLOUR AND PATTERN THAT WAS ON THE WEB SITE PHOTOGRAPHS - IT WAS TOO LIKE THE ONE THAT I ALREADY HAD. THEREFORE I HAD TO RETURN IT - I WAS NOT HAPPY TO HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN - 13.00 TO HAVE TRACKED AND I USED MY COMPANY ACCOUNT. WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN FROM THEM - STICK TO BUYING MENOTTI FROM AMAZON AND IF NO GOOD - AMAZON PAY FOR THE RETURNS.

Easy to put on as there are good instruction videos. Fit the power recliners like a dream. Lovely colour and look like they will protect our new sofas from both our labraodors. Easy to wash too. Very happy customer.
