I ordered over a week and a half. Why so long to get product shipped. Way too long. Amazon takes 2 / 3 days. Free shipping

I will never order from here again!Placed order and 9days so far and still no product received.Suppose to be here on 10th day,just not acceptable.I am sure you charged my card right away,but took your sweetass time to ship.

I always order my Headblade supplies from Men's Direct because of the free shipping. This time the shipping was extremely quick and the items were discounted because of the Labor Day sale. I only gave them 4 stars because recently they seem to be "out of stock" on the Head Slick shave cream each time I check. Good quality items, always.

Men's Direct always has what I need at a great price and it ships super fast! I never have a complaint when using their site. It's easy to use and navigate and the order process is painless. The stuff I order usually arrives before I even realize!

I was skeptical about ordering at first because I'd never heard of Men's Direct before, but they turned out to be a great find. My order only contained one of the supposed three free samples but I can't really complain with the free shipping. They carry a lot of products that most places charge $6+ shipping for so it's a great deal. No need to worry about a minimum order amount if you just need one thing. I'll definitely be a return customer.

I'd been searching for years for a case for a comb and nail file to replace the one I'd totally worn out. The Kent comb and nail file in a compact, high quality leather case exceeded my expectations in every respect. In fact your comb and nail file are the finest I've ever owned. And now, once again I won't be punching holes in my pants with a loose nail file I always carry. My only suggestion is that you offer a comb, nail file and case slightly longer than the one I purchased - about 3/4 of an inch longer - and you'll have another sale! (Forgive this delayed response; it was caused by my very unexpected open heart bypass surgery!)

Excellent razor handle

I have been using Mens Direct for my grooming needs for over 2 years and absolutely love doing business with them. Consistently good perks including free shipping, free samples, cheap prices and regular sales. A few of the products I like to order are often out of stock but the majority of the time there are tons of choices and variety. Customer service and support is very good as well!

OMG, Mens direct is awesome, I ordered the brush I thought would have the stiff bristles, and I had to send it back, I called and the gentleman told me what to get. I recieved it and it was not as stiff as Al likes but it works good, I told Al he will never find another brush like they used to make 40 years ago. He is satisfied with this one.

Fast service and priced reasonable

I ordered on July 20th, I got shipping notice that the items were shiped on july 21 via DHL. The tracking number was not valid. When I called customer support on July 28, I was told that item had shipped via FedEx Smartpost. He tracked it and said it was out for delivery. Still don't have it. I will not offset from them again.

I ordered two items that were supposed to be in stock. Turns out that I did not receive a confirmation with the tracking number but until I called them. Customer service representative said they didn't provide one because they didn't have one item in stock. So, in a few words... terrible service! I won't shop from this people again.
