Das Sortiment ist umfangreich und umfasst viele hochwertige Artikel. Es gibt häufige Rabattaktionen, allerdings sind zum Teil auch die Preise überzogen. Die moderne Webseite verfügt über aussagekräftige Bilder und Artikelbeschreibungen. Der Bestellprozess ist einfach und die Versandzeit kurz. Bisher war ich zufrieden und werde bei Bedarf auch weiterhin dort bestellen. Der Shop ist also durchaus empfehlenswert.

I’m very satisfied with my experience. Their customer service responds incredibly quickly to emails, which I really appreciated. One of the products I received had a defect, and they immediately arranged a free replacement without any hassle. Excellent service overall.

This company charges exorbitant undisclosed shipping and import fees, and refuses to deliver packages unless those undisclosed fees are paid. Nowhere when placing the order was there any reference to this fee, or even that such a fee "may" be charged. It came as a complete surprise. Here the total order was $240 with $53 shipping (already high shipping). DHL Express Shipping, the shipping carrier used, then out of the blue demanded an additional $95 import duty, with no explanation as to how that amount was calculated. Upon looking into this further, it seems that DHL has faced numerous lawsuits and class actions for inflated import fees and other bogus shipping charges. When reaching out to Meo customer service, they simply responded the surprise undisclosed fee must be paid, or DHL would return the shipment to them and I would be responsible for all costs. Again, these fees need to be disclosed at the time of purchase. Even if the amount is not yet known, Meo should have included a disclaimer that I might have to pay additional import fees. None of that was done. Really just dishonest - I would avoid doing business with this company.

First time I ordered from them everything was fine. I understand things change in the world, but the second time I ordered from the shipping was around 80 dollars which was fine. It wasn't until the item arrive that I was informed to having to pay 90 dollar import fee, which should have been mentioned prior to a person ordering. So the total product cost was 114 and the total shipping and import fees came out to be 170. Their products is not worth paying more in fees then the product is worth.

Customer support has been simply outstanding: fast, highly competent, and above all genuinely human. I found a level of understanding that goes well beyond the usual give-and-take relationship, with real attention to the customer’s needs. They are literall scammers. They gave us €370 bills for 2 months of wifi even though they said it was €40. They charged my father €100 for calling like 1 hour from Ireland to Portugal. That is crazyy. Also €240 for cancelling their shitty wifi? Will be pirating your stuff now meo count on that

Bought a hood, but when recieved i was shocked at the horrible design. Not at all as advertised and not designed to fit the human face. I had a terrible experience with customer service just to receive it and now i have to deal with them again for the return. I was so excited to recieve this and now it just makes me angry amd disappointed.
