Sehr schlechter Service! Man wartet ewig auf Antworten.
Sofa wird nicht zeitgerecht geliefert und falsche Versprechungen gemacht.
Kein Entgegenkommen!
Preise pro Land sehr unterschiedlich.
Personal antwortet immer das Gleiche.
Würde ich nicht mehr bestellen. Bis heute haben wir das Sofa nicht erhalten

Falsches Produkt geschickt. Quasi kein Kundeservice…Finger weg

I was a little worried as I saw that reviews were quite mixed across different platforms, but still thought i'd give it a go as they offered Klarna as a payment option which would give me time to send it back without paying in advance and then worrying about a refund in case of a return.

At least for my purchase I am super happy though, the bed is beautiful and of high quality, the package arrived in time and even the play balls are sturdier and slightly bigger than the ones we usually get in the stores in switzerland.

I use it as a ball pen for my doggies and so far their little teeth could not make any damage, and they love to play and rest in it! would definitely order again if needed.

Nach nicht mal einem Jahr Nutzung bricht ein Kletterdreick im Wert von 140 Euro ein und es wird sich herausgeredet dass es bei der Demontage passiert sei.

Purchased churro ball pit from the UK website. Really disappointed, wouldn't recommend spending the money on it. Nothing better than an average product seeing as these are the most expensive on the market and very disappointed that the product didn't look anything like what it is described or pictured as. Was not allowed to return, as unfortunately the product was customised. Shame as will have to replace somehow and get rid of this one. What I've got you'd be pleased with if it came from temu. Joins are uneven and doesn't sit flat on the floor, feels like quite a cheap product for a high price.

Excellent product, very good customer service. I wanted to buy a kids sofa that is fun, flexible and as eco friendly as possible. The Meowbaby sofas fitted the bill and I ordered direct from Meowbaby, based in Poland. This was very easy online but it was over Christmas and I received an email from Meowbaby that they would refund me as it had not passed customs. This they promptly did. I checked that this is not always an issue and decided to reorder. This time all went well and it has been delivered by UPS and is a big hit.
