no support, shipping is kind of lottery
When they resolve my complaint regarding the paid delivery that was returned to them by the shipping company, and when they provide any solution for the T-shirt that is currently stuck somewhere, I may reconsider changing my rating.
As of now, this is the most disappointing support experience I’ve ever had - there has been literally no response at all.
There is also another serious issue.
T-shirts of the same size are clearly not made from the same materials and are not of the same quality.
The most disappointing part is the sizing itself. I purchased 3XL, and both items are labeled as 3XL, yet one of them is approximately two sizes smaller.
This is extremely disappointing.
