The product recieved was not only late by a week but absolutely NOT what I was expecting to have paid for. The cheapest little piece of what looks like plastic. The necklace clasp was also broken.

Amazing customer service & products
I bought 4 bags and only 2 were delivered and I was like oh no! I sent them an email and they immediately answered and let me know the other two bags were out of stock and gave me alternatives, which were 1: a refund for the two other bags, or 2: a duplicate of the other two bags I got. I decided on the refund and I immediately got my money back. Literally best customer service I’ve gotten for an online store. They answered all my questions and were very polite !! The two bags that did deliver are SOO cute and the delivery was around 2 weeks.

We got the wrong item of clothing after waiting a while for delivery. The material is not what I expected. The three piece outfit is only one piece with two pieces missing.

I returned the items in time, I sent the info to seller as it was asked to and I think that I’m not responsible if the carrier fails.

Never received my package
Its been about 3 months since I put my order in never received updates its been sitting in an area for almost a month and I still haven't received it never buying from here again

Six weeks later and nothing was ever shipped, email support was useless
Ordered a shirt. Six weeks later, and tracking number still just says "Your package is waiting to be picked up by the carrier" (Processing time was stated to be 1-7 days, not more than 45 days!). After one month, sent email to Meowhiskers support asking about shipping issue: got no response whatsoever from them, absolutely zero communication. A complete waste of time and money. I will speak to my bank regarding the scam charge.
