Delivered on time in good condition as always
Thank you

Helpful customer service. Delivery very quick and helpful driver. Not given 5 stars as the flat pack instructions a bit confusing but just need to take your time. A few slight imperfections in the wood but can live with that for the price paid.

I purchased a coffee table which was Next day delivery.
As I work 12 hour shifts in a hospital I swapped my shift so I would be home for next day delivery.
At 22:37 on the evening of my supposed delivery day (which hadn’t turned up) I received an email from Evri saying that they had Just received my parcel from Mercer furniture and that it would be delivered within the next 3 day’s.
I contacted Mercers furniture by email and received a reply from Jayne 3 day’s later confirming that my parcel had Now finally been delivered, basically whats the problem.
Short blunt email that didn’t even acknowledge my original complaint regarding the Next day delivery.
I won’t be using this company again.

Excellent Throughout, from ordering my desk on Thursday evening, to it arriving first thing Monday Morning. I received updates of delivery, the driver was great.
There was a slight problem with a door, I emailed immediately, it was dealt with speed and efficiency all within the same afternoon and new parts were being sent. Excellent service! The desk is beautiful too 😊

I purchased my wardrobe through Amazon, their communication was a little to be desired and ultimately almost had me cancel my order.

In my awful mood, I contacted Jayne directly, she took my abrupt mood with a pinch of salt and even had my order delivered the next day. - what an ANGEL!

Wardrobe itself is extremely sturdy and once you have deciphered the instructions, quite easy to build - it is definitely a 2 person job!

The packaging of all the nuts, bolts and screws were a nightmare, with them being all lumped in together and sparsely labelled, it was almost impossible to tell what screws were for which bit. - i am not entirely convinced i got them all right but the wardrobe is looking awesome!

Delivery was fast once organised and the delivery team at Furdeco were extremely polite and helpful.

Again special thanks to Jayne, a real asset to Mercers Furniture, especially when dealing with a grumpy soul like me!

I purchased 5 items from mercers furniture. Customer support from Gary was excellent and delivery was extremely quick.
I checked all pieces were in the package and found there was two pieces missing from one of the packages. I contacted the email on the instructions and had a reply within the day. The two pieces arrived two days later.
Putting the items together did take some time, as there are a lot of parts.
The end results are exactly what I was after. Thank you!
Just bear in mind that it is wood and although the exterior surfaces have been treated it does feel a little rough and may absorb anything with moisture placed on it.

iv had allmy products off this company and never had a problem.delivery was quick and to date.

Good delivery service. Good quality. Very quick to resolve a small issue. Good customer service. Would highly recommend.

We recently bought a wardrobe from Mercers Furniture Ltd and couldn’t be happier with it. The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful in the room, and there’s plenty of storage space. The whole experience was great from start to finish, and the furniture feels really well made and sturdy. We’re very pleased with our purchase and would happily recommend Mercers Furniture Ltd to anyone looking for good-quality furniture and great service.

I love the items I have purchased from Mercers great quality, clear instructions for construction , ordered two items weeks apart both arrived very quickly was well packed and no damage. I have spread the word to friends and family Great quality furniture at an affordable price. Highly recommend.

Excellent company used many times over the years, fast delivery and great prices. Lovely set if draws and the quality is great. Look fab next to my bed.

Great quality wood fast delivery good price would definitely recommend

I am very disappointed with both the product and the way my complaint has been handled.
The unit supplied does not function correctly, with ongoing issues relating to the drawers not fitting or operating as intended. Despite providing clear information and evidence, I was repeatedly asked to dismantle the unit and provide further photographs rather than being offered a clear resolution.
To date, I have not received a satisfactory solution and have been left frustrated by the lack of progress and support.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend either the product or the after-sales service.

I ordered a 4 door wardrobe, matching bedside tables and chest of drawers via Amazon . As I’m on my own I also added for them to construct the wardrobe and drawers. Everything was delivered quickly, the construction went smoothly and I found the two bedside cabinets easy to build. The furniture is lively and I couldn’t be happier. Good solid pieces, I just hope I never have to move the wardrobe. I had a few questions for Mercers and they, especially Jayne, were excellent . They responded very quickly and courteously. Would definitely recommend the furniture and Mercers.

Excellent choice of products, website easy to navigate, all measurements of furniture are provided, good quality items. Very quick delivery and first class customer service.

Great quality for price 😊

Such good value for money. More complex than IKEA to put together but what isn’t?!

Lovely wardrobe for a great price, excellent and organised delivery as well with a call from the couriers prior to their arrival.
