So happy I called!
I was apprehensive to call at first. But the process was very simple and easy. I dealt with Brian and he was wonderful to work with. I was funded within a day of providing required paperwork.

With the original sales rep wasn’t informed and having to add Merchant to insurance policy.
Only to be notified a few days later after they did their research to ensure the company the loan. If we didn’t payments would increase.

I sent a simple request to the contact person I have been dealing with. Even though I received an auto-response that she was away for the rest of the week, my email was still directed to the appropriate person, and less than 30 minutes later, I received the outcome I was hoping for. I am impressed!
