The shirt I ordered has to be…too small mis-marked
The shirt I ordered has to be mis-marked. It was too small and I even consulted the size chart when choosing the size to order and it just has to be wrong!! You are not able to return your items and it’s just too expensive for this to be happening!! I am going to talk to HR about changing companies because this has happed to other co-workers as well!!

There were a few things that I think could have been better. First, it took several weeks to get the merchandise. Second, when I communicated with the representative, they indicated there was an ability to do multiple logos. I indicated that request in my order, but it was not done.

Love EVERYTHING but the mug
The mug I ordered has already lost the organization logo. I love it- but the decal was apparently a sticker? I hand-washed the mug in warm water- and the sticker just floated right off. Everything else I ordered was PERFECT and I couldn't love my apparel more!

I am proud to wear the Hope symbol. My brother attended hope starting in the early 60's donuts been a big part of my life. I also have worked at Hope. I now live out of state but I saw a picture of a friend that had one and had to have it.

A month for a delivery
A month for a delivery? Not even from china something takes a month now a days. That is a joke honestly! Almost 20 days going from one place to another in the United States! Far away from efficient! And I have not received yet! I don’t know if it’s going to the more than a month! As I cannot reply to your reply, the shipment is in fact to Colombia and it's correct! What I'm saying I st at the package was transfered more than 7 times within the United States going from once state to another one and then go in back to Chicago! That's crazy! 12 days from one point to another in the United States and then finally sent to an international airport? I bought 3 diferent items from Amazon and I have received them in a couple days! While waiting for you shipment! That's crazy more than a month for me to receive a package from the USA to Colombia?
