I absolutely love MerchNow! I was sent a hat that was incomplete—it was supposed to have writing on the back but it didn’t. They of course asked for proof, which I sent them. Turns out that they received a different design than what should have been. They shipped out the correct hat that same day. Thank you for the incredible customer service, Brooklyn! I would give you 10 stars if I could!
I ordered a Polyphia long sleeve from MerchNOW and it arrived faster than usual. I paid for the Route extra protection for a few extra bucks but now I'm not even sure I needed it. Either way, the shirt is comfortable and the design is nice on the shirt. The shirt was neatly folded in the package and came with a return/exchanges sticker. It was small enough to fit into my mailbox and I didn't have to pick it up from a package locker which was nice. It came in the designated size I ordered. It smelled weird like a industry or a mall but I was going to wash it anyways. My girlfriend says I look good in it too PogChamp.
I had a problem after I spent a lot of money. and they said to me "we can't do anything".
Me and my boyfriend bought 12 things from this store. but one thing that I had a problem with it because it came damage , they didn't help. I will never order from this site again.In addition, They answer to my mail just after few months.
I have been buying a ton of vinyl from Merchnow this year in place of concerts. Everything has been packaged well and shipped asap even with Covid restrictions. I have had to email a few times with questions, and I had the pleasure of talking to Brooklyn. She has been quick to respond, super helpful, and friendly every time. I plan to continue giving you guys my business, in part bc of her :-)

To be honest, i already had several very bad experiences with this company, mainly because of their customer 'service'. Unfortunately there are still releases that i want in my collection that are only available at Merchnow, so i'm forced to keep ordering here. This time i placed an order of 3 vinyl records. 1 Of these records was a pre-order and the other 2 were in stock when i placed the order. Now, a week after the pre-order should have been released, i was wondering why my order wasn't shipped. So i contacted customer service. To my surprise they actually responded this time! My order hasn't been shipped yet, because there is an unavailable item in my order. How is that possible? 2 Were in stock, so they should have been reserved for me at the moment of placing the order, and the other was the pre-order... No matter which of the 3 items is considered not to be in stock for my order, it's really weird. A REALLY BIG FLAW in their way of managing the orders if you ask me.
Good company. I’ve bought from them often for my favourite bands. Never any issues. They fully refunded one of my orders recently no questions asked. I highly recommend this company
Sad to say I bought two beautiful hoodies from you line of Russ Merch to my surprise when they got here they were most definitely not the quality I was looking for it’s very poorly made the logo doesn’t even stay on the fabric it’s like they just didn’t care for the quality service and I can’t get into contact with anyone as to why my hoodies I paid 60+$ for have such bad stitching pretty disappointed with hoodies I received I recommend ordering off another site one that actually cares for the consumers and the quality of their Merchandise
Bought a NOFX short. Came with a lenght defect on one of its legs. But, when I contacted them, Kaylie was very kind and generous to offer to send another one for me. I felt like I was treated very nicely and according to an respectable business ethics.

I called today to inquire on some of Misery Signals' merch and I ended up speaking with Brooklyn.
She was phenomenal! I asked her to check the material on a few products so that I could make a more educated purchase and she was such a pleasure to work with!
Not only did she completely address all of my concerns, but she did so with a great attitude! She provided great customer service and she most definitely deserves a raise.

I have placed SEVERAL DOZEN orders from MerchNow and only ever experienced one minor issue, which was responded to and handled professionally, very quickly, and VERY satisfactory. Shout out to Brooklyn for the EXCELLENT customer service!
If you live in Canada don’t work from them! Took a month for my stuff to come, tho I paid $30 for shipping they didn’t tell me about COVID.. I go pick up my package and have to pay another $30 for custom fees which I was not told about. I paid $200 for 4 items of clothing. I’m so mad.. I paid to much wish I knew before! Never again! Very disappointed with the clothes to they sent the wrong size!
My first time purchasing from this company and was a little wary at first due to the reviews. My order took about ten days to receive due to a shipping backup from covid as expected. Customer service has stellar skills and they also have a wide variety of merch to sell. I contacted customer service when I had not reviewed an update email on my order. The people I spoke to over chat were incredibly helpful and kind with everything I asked. Definitely a great company a will be purchasing from again.
I’ve yet to have a bad experience with this company! Anytime I have any questions or concerns with my orders (I frequently order from this site, about 2-3 times per month), their customer service team has answered me in a friendly and timely manner. I’ve been a customer for years and will continue to be for years to come.
Will more than likely be using this store for all of my merchandise now. Buying was very simple and the website is very user friendly. I am especially surprised by their customer service though. I happen to be moving soon and shipping took a little longer than expected due to their limited staff at the time. As this is something I’m dealing with personally it is completely understandable. They made it extremely easy for me to ship to my temporary address within a few short e-mails.
You absolutely cannot beat customer service like that.
Been ordering merch with these guys for over 10 years and today is when it stops.
I ordered 3 cd's over a month and a half ago. They finally showed up yesterday in a completely destroyed package with all 3 cd's obviously also destroyed. I emailed customer service and didn't hear back from them for about a day and a half. They are telling me I'm out of luck and they won't do anything since "I can assure you that it did NOT leave our facility in that state whatsoever." What state is that? Your form didn't let me attach pictures, so not only are you lying about your assurance but you're also lying about even knowing what that condition is! The post office put a stamp on the package stating it was received in damaged condition, yet it magically just happened without their knowledge?
I'll be filing a chargeback and never ordering from them again. After 10+ years and an average of about $500 at least per year, they've lost my business.
I saw all the negative comments and reviews. When I messaged costumer service they emailed me back 2 hours informing me I would get what I paid for. They sent the right size and shirt and it only took about 12 days since covid 19.i had a happy buying experience
