I have just completed a Equity Realese…
I have just completed a Equity Realese Mortgage with Daniel. From start to finish Daniel was always available to answer my questions, if he wasn't available he would let me know immediately when he was able to contact me back.
I had so many doubts about completing Equity Realese, however Daniel explained everything in easy to understand language!
I actually have sold Mortgages myself to Home Buyers and I recommend Daniel to anyone.

It was absolutely fantastic working with Daniel, Louise and Nadine at Merit Mortgages.
From having an initial informal conversation on a Monday morning to getting a mortgage offer for our new home was exceptionally quick.
The team looked after everything from the mortgage application and progress side to putting all of the insurances, both life and housing in place.
They also considered the future protection for our children and gave advice on our entire situation.
We absolutely recommend Merit Mortgages for their friendly approach and know you won't be disappointed!

Dan is absolutely fantastic. He’s incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and always keeps you well informed. There’s never any pressure — he genuinely gives the best advice for your situation, even if that means recommending you wait another year and check in then. You can tell he truly cares; for Dan, it’s about building a relationship, not just completing a transaction. He also has a great team supporting him. I wouldn’t use another broker. Mortgage and Protection made easy.
Being a first time buyer, all of this was brand new to me, but everything was explained clearly, answered all my questions, and ultimately got me the mortgage and protection i wanted with very little fuss. Excellent communication and very easy to do business with. I would Highly recommend anybody to use Merit mortgages.

Dan and his team are fantastic. We've attempted using different mortgage providers prior and as first time buyers were left dissapointed and felt hopeless. Dan understood our situation and helped us get our first mortgage faster than we thought was possible after our past experiences. Second to none!
