I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. They did not send the item I ordered: instead of the advertised 38mm watch, I received a 36mm version with a very cheap, low-quality strap. To make matters worse, the watch itself is defective. When I contacted them, they refused to accept a return or offer a refund. The customer service is incredibly arrogant and unwilling to reach any kind of compromise. Save your money and buy from a more reputable brand. Total waste of time and money.

Het horloge dat ik kreeg had een heel andere behuizing dan ik besteld had.

Als antwoord kreeg ik, dat ik DAT horloge wel had besteld.
ECHT BIZAR!!!!!!!
Ik ben nu bezig via PayPal mijn geld terug te krijgen.
Ik ga er van uit dat ik mijn geld terug krijg, want bij PayPal zijn zij niet blind.
Het spijt mij te moeten zeggen maar Merkur is een VERSCHRIKKELIJK bedrijf.
Ik heb uiteindelijk mijn geld NIET terug gekregen, omdat ik las op een forum dat als je het horloge terugstuurt Merkur claimt dat ze een lege doos hebben ontvangen of ze hallen het niet op bij het postkantoor.
Dan ben je het geld EN een horloge kwijt.
Dus ik heb hem niet terug gestuurd......

The first time I ordered, I received a different watch.
After a long back and forth via email I returned it to them, paying return shipping myself.
Going of the track and trace information; the watch was never picked up from their local post office.
After multiple attempts to explain to them they have to pick it up, I only get the question "Where?".
How should I know?! I returned it to the address I was supplied with. They just don't (want to) understand.
Since this hole process took so long, it's out side of PayPal's' protection plan and I now have no watch and no money. (+ extra cost for return shipping).

3 Years later they had the (same) watch on their site again and thus, gullible me, ordered it once again.
I paied and after a week I received an email that it's out of stock. Whether I wanted a different one. I told them I'll wait and when it will be in stock again. The reply: It's discontinued. You can apply for a refund.
So I did exactly that. Haven't heard anything back from them. This time, I will no contact them, but instead directly jump into the refund route via Paypal instead. Let's hope that this time, I'll be able to get my money back.

This is a scam site. I ordered a watch and received notice after paying that the watch wasn't in stock. They put the order through PayPal on their end. I asked for a refund multiple times and they never responded. I've ordered from China many times. First time I've been ripped off.

Everything went well within 14 days I received the article. Thank goodness
