Item not arrived. No response to my emails. Bad customer service.
20th December- Item still not been delivered. Asked for refund but been told it’s out of their hands and the responsibility of the delivery company!!

As much as the product is lovely the after-sales service is shocking.

Twice I have emailed their info@ details and still to this day not received a response.

Would I use them again or recommend to a friend, most likely not.

Style, quality, delivery & service !

Very bewildered. No email confirmation. Chat link constantly lost our link. FedEx tracking # not valid. Sadly I have no idea if my order will ever arrive. I LOVE the appearance of the product yet the customer interaction chat gets a ZERO rating. I will be closely checking my MC statement. I’m sorry to be so negative…..I’m looking forward to receiving my order…..yet not comfortable with my experience. BTW a customer support phone number would be an asset to the customer support option. Good website and easy to order. I bought as a present and delighted by speed of delivery and expertly packaged. I ordered the pair of swallows which didn’t disappoint as well made and stylish. Now I want one!

Used this company many times and had excellent service and love their products. However, latest order says dispatched 28th Nov and the service either via email or chat to confirm when I will receive is appalling. This will put me off of using again.

Just arrived in NZ with our Wren , gift for sons 30th birthday and to celebrate our first granddaughter called “Wren” … they love it , just deciding on best place xx

Bought my birds as gifts. They were delivered quickly and easy to install as described on the web page. Both friends were extremely happy with their gifts.

Everything arrived promptly and well packed. It is a Christmas present so hasn't been truly tested yet. But looks very promising

Packaging was damaged on arrival. Bought as presents. Couldn’t check contents as boxes were ripping when trying to open.

I have bought a number of metal birds over the past 24 months. They have always been of very high quality and I would 100% recommend them. I have even bought them as presents 🎁 for people that have admired them.
