I would rate this company higher if I could. The picture is absolutely beautiful, but the thing that really stood out to me is their customer service. I had a very minor issue, and they couldn't have done more to help me, and followed up to make sure it was fully resolved. I will definitely be purchasing from them again, and would recommend them to anyone.

I've bought from Displate once before Christmas there but... after they suddenly decided that N.Ireland was no longer on their ship to destinations I needed an alternative. Seen folks on Reddit say good things about Metal Plate Pictures.

They had a great selection and it wasn't long till I had enough pictures to sort both my office and my son's room. I gotta say that the level of customer service I received from Terry was stellar! I had a small delivery issue with Royal Mail (not in any way related to MPP) but was sorted that same day by Terry. Can't ask for better than that.

As to the quality of the work... all I can say is Dayuuuum! They really knocked it out of the park. I bought 4 large pieces and 3 smaller pieces in the Di-Bond Aluminum range. Gives the pictures a lovely/striking Matte finish look to them.

Every time I walk past my office I can't help but stop and admire the art. Sublime! And... at half the price of what Displate charge as well. You got yourself a repeat customer Terry. I have other rooms in my house that will require some serious dressing up! ;-)

Youre company has not yet step upnin the 21st crntury....the delivery service that you used is a joke.
All items that I have ever orderd internationaly were sent to my adress..your company was not able to do so...a lot of complications with custom service, durs, fees etc..
You should seriously take into consideration to worn your clients that you cant deliver properly and thre will be extra money for costum and transportatioj that they have to take into consideration when they order from you (not small amonts either)
The worst experience I have EVER had.

Great service, easy and good communication. We agreed on specific pictures and i was provided a preview before printing.

Very happy with the order. I initially ordered something else but was not keen on it so exchanged it. Terry was super nice and friendly. The whole service was great from beginning to end. :)

The art work from Metal Plate Pictures is simply stunning with a beautiful depth of colour and an amazing likeness. There had been an issue where I thought we wouldn't receive it on time for Christmas but Terry gave me a personal phone call as soon as he realised the mistake. He went above and beyond by sending me two pictures sent by 2 different couriers to make sure they arrived on time, which they did! This was at no extra cost to me. The customer service I had all the way through was excellent. I only wish more companies cared as much as he does. I will definitely be a return customer.

Beautiful print, exactly as shown a on the website. Lovely finish and well packed to ensure it arrives safe. Haven’t tried to wall fixing arrangement yet as it’s a Christmas gift but it has clear instructions and the magnet looks strong.
