There should be a service in-store…
There should be a service in-store allowing for online shopping when the product you want is only available online.
Saving my bank details online also went against my security standards.
The overall online shopping experience was horrendous. That part needs a complete overhaul.
It was not a pleasant experience at all.

We are sincerely sorry about your bad experience.
We are working at integrating the the stock offering that is online, albeit virtual , within our stores, with the view of offering a " click & collect " option for items that are offered online only.
The security payment via PAYFAST is a two way street allowing for safe payments for both parties. I am not quite sure why it went against the security standards of your bank, please let us know where the issue was?

Metrocosmetics' service is definitely 5 star. When I called them with questions, they were friendly and helpful. Then I placed my order, and it arrived the next day although I'm in a rural area. My products came in a very beautiful box and with lots of samples. I really appreciated the perfume samples. What a treat! I would recommend Metrocosmetics to everyone.

The product I bought I bought a By Terry Luminizer, which is incredibly subtle, just like their powder. If you are like me and have a complexion that cannot handle heavier makeup- this is your brand. It’s so natural.

Michelin Star buying experience
