Fantastic company
Fantastic company. I dealt with Rachel, Rhys and Hollie both on the telephone and by email. All went above and beyond to respond to my queries and sort out problems. We unfortunately had some quality problems with the products, not Metro Fixings' fault, a large scale problem at the manufacturer's end. MF arranged replacements and collections quickly with one hour time slots and in the end offered a no quibble refund. Very rare to find companies these days with such a positive attitude to customer service. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

Great customer support and Service.
I needed torx screws delivered the next working day to fix mini joist hangers to bearers for a decking project and struggled to find supply. Metrofixings.co.uk had stock, despatched same day so I had them for the weekend. I called to double check the size I required. They were friendly and double checked the spec of the joist hanger I already had and 3mm torx was required and I then ordered online. Delivery arrived via DPD the next day and I was able to work over the weekend creating the carcass for my deck. I will use metrofixings.co.uk for all future projects I need fixings for. Great service.
