Image was wrong size, my fault but annoying.
Wanted a 10 x 8 print. Got one, but my image was a 5 x 3 in the corner and the rest was black. Now, I appreciate that I chose "self service" so it is my fault, clearly I got something wrong but it is annoying none the less. The instructions said (I paraphrase) don't chose a size, size it in your software before you upload. I thought I had done this but clearly got it wrong.
Will now have to try again (with a different company)

Quality is excellent
Quality is excellent. However, the persistent problems with Royal Mail with delays and lost parcels is an issue when ordering from the UK.

Many thanks for the feedback. We are reviewing our Royal mail delivery service, unfortunately their service is out of our hands, we have persevered for some time but now having to look at alternaives. I hope this doesn't put you off using the services we can control.
